These 2 identical apartments are next door to each other in the development of NovoGolf, Villa Martin. The master bedroom has a double bed & en-suite shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is an adjacent family bathroom. Both have ample storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher etc. The utility room has an automatic washing machine. The lounge/dining area is tastefully furnished and decorated. There is a large balcony accessed by patio windows from the lounge and master bedroom overlooking the superbly set gardens and beautiful pool area including a jaccuzzi. Both apartments have their own parking space to the rear of the building. Both apartments are fully air conditioned. Both apartments have a TV with full English satellite and DVD player in the lounge. There is also free WiFi installed. The entire complex is fenced and gated requiring a key to gain access and security is of a very high standard. Rent one apartment or both.

Excellent apartment great location !!!!!

We have stayed in the Villamartin area many times this apartment was the best, very clean and secure with everything you would want for a lovely holiday. As previously stated there were not enough sunbeds around the pool, same old story people putting towels on sunbeds then going off for most of the day but there were sunbeds provided in the apartment which we made full use of. If you dont want to hire a car, shops, bars and restaurants are all without walking distance there is a bus stop nearby for the bus to take you to the beach also the taxi rank is opposite The Plaza if you wish to go further afield. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Very Impressed !!!

On arrival at this apartment we have to say it was spotlessly clean to a very high standard. The TV and Wifi where excellent you can even get a wifi connection if you sit at the right spot down by the pool as found by our 12 year old and his iPad.

We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this apartment, the air-conditioning is a delight and works very well to keep it cool even in the heat of July/August.

As other people have mentioned we found the apartment and the whole block very secure and the grounds very well kept with a lovely pool, we realised on the 2nd day you need to be quick to get a lounger in the morning but we weren't to bothered by this, there are 2 loungers out in the utility area you can take down with you but a bit to much effort for us.

We have stayed in the Villa Martin area a lot and knew this apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the main plaza (maybe 7 minutes in the heat of the day) where you can find an excellent British supermarket and great selection of restaurants and bars. The Shopping centre at Zenia Boulevard is a favourite of ours and has lots to offer for everyone.

The communication when hiring this apartment with Martin was excellent with lots of information given in advance and prompt Emails in receipt of our payments. We where refunded our damage deposit very quickly.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this apartment in the future or to recommend to others.

Best in Villamartin

I have visited Villamartin for the past 10yrs and stayed in lots of apartments,this is the best in regards to standard of apartment and location.

Firstly when the description says a short walk to Plaza etc its not like others where it means a 15 min walk ,but it is actually 5 min max.The apartment is modern , spotless and of a high standard ,the grounds and pool area very well kept.For those with young children it it very,very secure ,I also thought the cost for peak period in this quality apartment was very competitive . We will definitely use this again and would highly recommend that you do too.Lastly and importantly the agents in Spain were excellent and the owner Martyn kept us well informed and nothing was too much trouble.

Not Just for Golfers!

Four of us had a most enjoyable week’s stay in No 6 Novo Golf complex in July when the weather was just fantastic. The spotlessly clean, air-conditioned apartment is completely and comfortably furnished for four guests, even including a dishwasher – a rarity in holiday accommodation and most welcome. Hot water is on tap 24/7. The whole of the complex is extremely secure and guest safety conscious. The pool is just fabulous, perfect temperature, very well maintained and impeccably clean as are the rest of the grounds and building. The only downside was too few sunbeds available at the pool area and no toilet facilities. Whilst there are two sun loungers in the apartment that could be taken to the pool, they are quite heavy and difficult to carry. Didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves though – can thoroughly recommend these apartments and complex.

Excellent condition with a great location

Excellent new apartment with good facilities, including a nice pool with a sunbathing area. A great location handy for the nearby Square with restaurants & bars and 10 minutes drive from a number of quality golf courses. Beach & a new large shopping mall all within a 5 min drive. Easy resort to drive to from either Alicante or Murcia airports.

Villa Martin Plaza (5 minutes walk) is a quadrangle of buildings on two levels surrounding an ornate courtyard. It boasts a wealth of bars and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines to suit all tastes and pockets. There are several other nearby commercial centres including the brand new Zenia Bouleveard (a fantastic shopping experience). Cabo Roig (15 minutes by car). Villamartin Golf Club is 10 minutes walk; Campoamor and Las Ramblas are 10 minutes by car and further a-field (30 minutes) are the La Manga golf courses. The nearest beach is La Zenia but there are many more beautiful beaches all within easy reach by car - Campoamor highly recommended. The volcanic mud lakes at San Pedro and the hot springs at Fortuna are both well worth a visit. Torrevieja has a beautiful sea front promenade and great aqua park. The architecture and shopping centres of Murcia and Alicante make them both well worth a trip. A short distance inland there is breath taking natural scenery and some quaint small villages where the local cuisine can be sampled.
