This luxury townhouse has been furnished to a high standard including Satellite TV with English Channels. With outstanding views to the rear of the property which overlooks Spanish hills/countryside beyond. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains from either solarium. The townhouse is situated on the outskirts of the resort providing peace and tranquility. Communal pools are situated within the resort and the nearest one is only a 75 mtr walk away. The Polaris resort provides restaurants, bars, children's play area, tennis courts and golf course. La Torre Resort is situated only 20 minutes away from Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea. This region of Spain has over 310 days of sunshine per year making it the sunniest region in Spain

Coast/beach: La Torre resort is a 20 min drive from the nearest beach. With over 200km of sandy beaches stretching from the warm crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean beaches of the La Manga Strip, across the craggy cliffs and coves of the Calblanque Natural Park and down to the sweeping bays of the Mediterranean resort of Aguilas, the Costa Calida (warm coast) has a wealth of beaches.

Further details: La Torre Golf Resort has many features and activities on site, in the town centre you will find shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a bank and supermarket on site. Bikes can be hired from the shop opposite the supermarket. Local butchers and supermarkets can be found in Roldan and Los Alcazares (English butchers). There is a shopping centre (Dos Mares) near San Javier. Many water sports i.e. dive school, boat trips, beach water activities, fishing etc. can be found around La Manga. The historical centre of Murcia will provide you with imposing architecture, bustling plazas, trendy bars and cafes. Beautiful countryside and mountain views can be found all around the region, whether travelling by car, bicycle or on foot. You will find a folder in the sitting room it contains information on interesting things to do, recommended restaurants and bars. Please feel free to use any of this information.

Travel: The property is a 20 minute drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport or a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport. Car is recommended although arrangements can be made to pick you up and drop you off at the San Javier airport from 15 euros.

Visited the area found it had a lot of sunshine through the year, plenty of great beaches and golf courses only a short distance away, easy drive to the city of Murcia and if you want to travel further you could drive or take the train from Balsicas to Valencia.

What makes this house unique

The property is in a tranquil area of the resort but close enough to the amenities, supermarket, bank bars and restaurants.

It has a large grass area to the back of the property and great views of the mountains from the terraces especially at night when you can see the lights twinkling in the distance.

The house has everything you would want for a holiday rental. Very clean and well presented . Good location in centre of resort. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Lovely house in peaceful surroundings. Short walk to pool and centre

Lovely house but could of done with some slim loungers to take to the pool. Only 3 sunloungers one we were told not to use as it was damaged another slightly damaged but still useable, lucky there was only 2 of us staying at the house. Bit disappointed no bicycles available as per the description. Only small complaints otherwise house is perfect and would recommend. Thanks.

FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION

Just had a relaxing holiday at La Torre.

Can only agree with the positive plaudits previously posted by those renting this accommodation. - The house was clean and well-appointed in every respect, while the resort location well groomed, tidy and peaceful.

On site supermarket a pleasant stroll away, with various swimming pools available – nearest being less than a minute walk.

Would recommend to anyone & hope to return in the future.

A fantastically Appointed Property

We have stayed at the resort of 'La Torre' previously but this was the first time in a town house and this was certainly our best stay ever.

The house is ideally situated within the complex and is superbly equipped with us having to want for nothing.

Booking arrangements etc with Kevin were seamless and without problem and we shall defiantly be looking to make a return booking.
