Casa grande e com boa área comum e de confraternizações

Proprietário educado e respeitoso na negociação. A casa no geral é consideravelmente bonita e conservada. Fica muito próxima de um bom supermercado e também da ponte para Meia Praia(Itapema). Em relação a limpeza poderia melhorar um pouco mais.
