Complex Villa Mona is located in Ražanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Šibenik and 40 km from Split. Small and quiet place with exceptionally clear sea and well preserved nature. Two national parks are located near Šibenik, Krka (waterfall on the river) and Kornati (beautiful islands).

Apartment 7 is on the top (third) floor, has three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, one more bathroom with toilette and sink and living room with sofa bed. Apartment is air conditioned with TV satellite channels, has a free Wi-Fi and it is located 30 meters from the beach.
It has a private terrace or balcony overlooking the sea. Also have well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories.

Apartment 7 is a part of complex Villa Mona, which is composed from two houses and seven apartments, offers private parking and guests can relax in the outdoor pool with its sun shower and lounges which give a wonderful view on the bay. The pool is heated so it offers pleasant swimming in preseason and postseason period.

Please be aware:
Refundable security deposit 100 eur (on arrive).
Tourist registration fee (kurtaxe) not included in price (mandatory on arrive upon local low).

Pool is shared so there are few asks need to be respected for safety and health reasons only (no glass around and in the pool, no food around and in the pool and it is not allowed to smoke around and in the pool). Schöne Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Den Pool haben die Kinder geliebt. Wichtig zu wissen ist jedoch das der Weg zum Meer recht steil ist aber nicht weit. Noch zur Wohnung: die Wohnung ist sehr schoen geschnitten mit den 3 Schlafzimmern. Einige Sachen sollten erneuert/repariert werden. Wichtig waere ein neuer Staubsauger. Die Schlafcouch war fleckig. Der Sonnenschirm muesste repariert werden denn dieser ist va beim Fruehstueck sehr wichtig.

Superbe appartement, Très bien situé.

L'appartement est confortable, fonctionnel avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Bonne situation géographique de l'appartement : le village est à 5 km de la grand route, ce qui est assez loin pour être au calme, mais pas trop loin. La mer est à 50 m en contrebas de l'appartement. Vraiment top !
