LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! FIRST FLOOR--NO STAIRS! MOST popular rental in Old Naples! WE WERE HIT BY HURRICANE IAN. PROPERTY IS 90% COMPLETELY REDONE. IT WILL LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT BUT EVEN BETTER! MASTER WILL HAVE ITS OWN BATH AND WE WILL NO LONG HAVE A BATHTUB BUT WILL HAVE 2 WALK IN SHOWERS GLASSED IN. NEW EVERYTHING AND SIMILAR COLORS BUT KITCHEN HAS BEEN OPENED UP AND NOT BOXED IN ANYMORE. PICTURES TO COME APPROXIMATELY END OF NOV. BEG. OF DEC. THE PIER WAS DESTROYED IN THE HURRICANE BUT THE BEACH AND SUNSETS DID NOT GO AWAY!!! NAPLES ITSELF IS PERFECT!! OUR POOL IS OPEN AND GUESTS ARE STAYING UPSTAIRS NOW. OURS has 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler on wheels, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, dehumidifier and towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what was the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away...
The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops.

Three minute walk and you get to swim with Dolphins every day!

We loved Judy and Tom's apartment for many reasons. The first: as soon as we arrived we felt immediately comfortable and at home - it was such an easy home to just kick off your flip flops and relax in to your holiday. Secondly - and forgive the cynic in me - I never quite believe when people say the beach is right on your doorstep. A 3 minute walk from the front door of Tom and Judy's apartment lies one of the most beautiful beaches I've every experienced - yes, it's pristine and there's a gorgeous historic pier to watch the sunset from. But I'd no idea that every single day dolphins swim and play mere feet from the shore, around that Pier. You're just swimming along and the next thing a dolphin pops up beside you - wow! The apartment has very handy beach chairs, a cooler, loads of beach towels - everything you need for a great day at the beach. And, lastly: the restaurants and bars of historic Naples are right beside the apartment - try The Old Naples Pub - fun and a bit quirky and an easy stroll away. The lights and people watching of 5th Avenue is worth the 20 minute stroll (rather than an uber) just to see the amazing houses along the way - with loads of restaurants and little quiet parks to rest your feet - it's a must do. Judy was fantastic at getting back on any questions and always really helpful. Yes, the TVs were a little sketchy at best but we didn't mind with so much to do (heated swimming pool right outside the door) and explore we weren't there to watch telly! For comfort, location and the feeling of ease you get as soon as you walk in I couldn't recommend Judy and Tom's home more highly. Jackie & Peter from London, England stayed March 2019.

Wonderful condo. Close for beach,shopping

Have just returned home after a wonderful holiday in Naples. The codo was excellent in every way. Great decor, comfy bed, lots of extras for use i.e. beach chairs,cool box and parasol. Easy few steps to the wonderful Naple's beach and pier. It was also welcoming when we arrived to see that there were some beverages in the kitchen cupboard although we had brought in provisions. We certainly enjoyed our time in the condo and would love to come back in the future. Thank you.

An owner who absolutely loves Naples and own a couple of properties in the area. This is the best one and the location cannot be beat! I totally renovated it a year ago and it is very beachy and fun colors and design inside. I try to imagine anything anyone would need staying there and I put it in!

A nice clean heated beautiful pool right out the front door. We are one of the closest units to the pool so it is really convenient. Run in and out for drinks, bathrooms where most condos have a walk and stairs to go get anything. Lots of lounge chairs and relaxation! Quiet! Off the beaten track yet right in the middle of all the action! Private parking. Laundry room coin operated. EXTRA cleaning service if you choose. Not included in rental. We supply you with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, cooler on wheels, beach towels, very large flat screen tv. TV's in bedrooms, very high speed password protected wifi.
