About this property

75 meters walk to the sea. This large (350m2) architect designed house features a large salt water swimming pool (12m x 4m) in a 1400 square meter plot with abundant vegetation, mixing sun and shade and off-road parking for two cars. The rear has a large shaded outdoor eating area, accessible directly from the kitchen.
The house is spacious, with large hall ways both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs there is a large living/dining area with TV etc. There is a large kitchen with more dining space and a utility area. There are two double bedrooms, together with two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a large TV room with sea views, master bedroom with ensuite and two further double bedrooms with their own bathroom.
On the first floor is a large terrace with shaded areas, chairs and sunloungers and sea views. There is a large open terrace on the roof with good views of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

Wonderful Holidays

“Our stay in the house was amazing, it has been our third Holidays in the same house and we keep repeating because it has everything you can dream of for a Holiday. Beautiful villa in great location

We have stayed here a number of years and keep wanting to come back - the villa is beautiful and it is a lovely place to spend time and relax. The beach is a very short walk away and compared to most places in August it is really not that busy. This year was actually much busier than we are used to and even so there was always plenty of space. The surrounding area offers lots of opportunities for short trips if you want to get around a bit more. As others have said, there are sometimes things that need fixing, but nothing that changes the fact that it is an exceptional property in a exceptional location. One point which might mean it isn't for you if you have small children - the pool isn't gated and is deep throughout.

Fantastic house and place:)

The house is beautiful and we have rent I several times. Only negative is that it always some that is broken and should have been fixed, but in general very good.
