Los Alcazares is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the shore of the Mar Menor, a salt-water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 Kilometre long strip of land known as La Manga not to mention the world renowned La Manga Club to be found there! The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year to it's 1st class clean and safe sandy beaches. Numerous bars, cafes & restaurants (English, Spanish, Chinese, Indian and much more variety) provide a wide variety of drinks, meals and entertainment. There is a lively market on Saturday & Tuesday when a variety of bargain goods are available. For golfers there are at least 7 golf courses (4 of international standard) located within a short drive. The historical Moorish cities of Murcia & Cartagena are easily reached by car and well worth a visit. Los Alcazares is an ideal place to holiday for both families and couples as it is friendly & safe.

  • Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom which has been furnished to a high standard. Large double wardrobes with safe to store your money, passports, etc. Bedroom 1 over looks the pool through a lovely bay window which creates more space. Bedroom 2 is slightly smaller with a large double wardrobe and 2 sets of bunk beds which sleeps 4, which has also been furnished to a high standard. Once again a bay window which creates more space.

Notes:
Our apartment has been furnished to a high spec and is ideal for families, due to the fact that we have children, so you will find children toys, pool toys, etc... Please note we have installed an A/C Meter, which you will be supplied with 10euros p/w, however you can obtain extra credit from our keyholder of required We are more than happy to explain the most cost effective way of using the system, as the air con system is the more energy friendly one, so on average this should cost no more than 1.50 euros per night if turned on at 9pm until 7am on low.

Lovely clean apartment

This was our 7th visit to LA but the first time to this apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean

Well equipped but you will need to take your own beach towels

A few more hangers would have been useful as there is only half a wardrobe in each room you can use as the other side is kept locked.

There is a safe that has a key the apartment was so secure though we never used it.

With regards to the beach towels, we do not supply them and this is stated on our website advert along with you being informed of this vis email proper to booking & arriving. Very clean and lived up to our expectations

We had a great time which was enhanced by the fantastic apartment. The apartment was very clean and all the facilities to make our stay great. The owner and on site staff ( Susanne ) couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment

Really well positioned on the complex and very comfortable due to air con in both bedrooms, very secure and well furnished. Owners were really pleasant and very easy to deal with. Property management were great. I would happily book this apartment every year.

Had a fab time as a family holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at your apartment. We travelled as a family with a little one 20months old. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and is safe which was important to us with a toddler.

The pools were really nice and clean as was the whole complex all the other holiday makers staying on the complex were friendly and most were families with young children themselves.

The apartment is situated in a great place less than 5 mins walk to the supermarket and the start of the square with all the bars and restaurants. The supermarket is really cheap and has a wide variety of food including lovely fresh fish/seafood. The beach is around a 10 - 15 mins max walk away, which is great lovely shallow waters and nice and warm with plenty of beach bars.

The whole area is lovely great weather, lovely people, reasonable priced drinks/food can not wait to return just a shame it won't be till next year!!

May I also add the travel cot that you provided was lovely and soft (unlike most) and my son slept all night in it.

A fantastic apartment that ticks all the boxes.

Fabulous accommodation that is a short distance from the airport, close to all amenities, including a variety of restaurants to cover all tastes, a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach, and there is a choice of supermarkets within 2 minutes. The apartment looks onto 2 amazing swimming pools, and is secure and has a friendly atmosphere. With appliances that cover every need, the apartment is well maintained. It is just right for relaxing throughout the day and night, and with air con it means you are just the right temperature.

With sun, sea and sangria this is pure heaven!
