Everything about this home is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. This is a designer decorated four bedroom residence located in the heart of Knightsbridge at Cadogan Square, the most exclusive area of London.

We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of London in a quiet, quality environment. Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds.

Only a ten minute walk to the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

The space

Designed by a leading London interior designer. Featuring 4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. This residence includes new designer linens and towels. Beds and mattresses are new as is all furniture, floor coverings and accessories. Kitchen is all new with high end appliances, perfect for private dining or entertaining.

Guest Arrival & Seamless Check In

This residence is located in one of the most exclusive area of London. I believe it’s important to be a responsible host and to create the smallest possible impact on my neighbors. In order to achieve this, I require my guests to arrive by car. Rolling suit cases down the street to my home from the tube station or anywhere else is not permitted. Doing so is a breach of my house rules and we will have to cancel the booking at arrival. We recommend Uber. Please consider the requirement before booking my residence.

My assistant will be waiting for you at my home when you arrive. She can also arrange to stock the refrigerator, prior to your arrival.

Housekeeping

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $275 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Bedroom Bed Configuration

- Bedroom 1 has a King bed.

- Bedroom 2 has two Extra Wide Single beds. (can be a Super King combined)

- Bedroom 3 has a King bed.

This is an extremely convenient location to all of Central London.. Up, Down, East or West.

Located in Knightsbridge at Cadogan Square, its only a short walk to Harrods and the most exclusive shopping. Walk to the coveted Sloan Square and enjoy great restaurants and shopping as well.

This location has a Walk Score of 98 out of 100 and is a walker’s paradise. Daily errands do not require a car.

Most things are within a 5 minute walk from the house. Sloan Square Tube Station is only a 3 minute walk away. Victoria Train Station is a 12 minute walk away.

Best place EVER - U.S. Family of 5 for Spring Break Week

I don't know where to begin, because there could not have been a nicer, more well suited home for our family to spend the week in London. Every room, bedroom and bathroom were impeccable. The quiet mews street felt like our own private road in the heart of London, and you're only short walk from the back entrance of Harrods and two separate Tube lines (Knightsbridge and Sloane Square). The Hailo app the also gets a London black cab to your door in seconds (in case you want a more traditional ride). It was the perfect place for our family of five (children 8, 11 and 13) visiting from North Carolina. Amazing master suite on third floor, two bedrooms each with their own bath on the second floor, and living quarters on the bottom floor. Incredibly easy check-in/check-out too. Having this ease of mind is always very important when travelling overseas with three children. We'll be back!!

Wonderful place to stay! This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, Home is beautiful and the location is excellent. Just 5 mins walk to Harrods. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home, wonderful communication, noisy street

The property was lovely and well maintained. Its location was amazing with bakeries, coffee houses and great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Very safe feeling neighborhood and very easy to grab a cab from. It is a multi-level unit with a narrow stairway, which may be common in London. So be prepared for going up and down a lot of stairs, especially to the master. It also sits on a very busy street and the street noise in the morning is extremely loud...from cars, to garbage trucks, people coming and going from their flats and walkers. if you are an early riser not a problem. But if you like to sleep past 7:00 AM...be prepared.

Fabulous Residence in a Convenient Location

The residence was perfect for our family of six. It was very spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We all enjoyed gathering in the kitchen and living room area in the evening. The home was convenient to the Sloane Square and Knightsbridge tube stations as well as numerous restaurants and shops. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. It was fantastic!

Beautiful home near Sloane Square

We have just returned from a heavenly week at this beautifully decorated property. The house was very centrally located about a 5 minute walk from the nearest underground station and a short walk from restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. While in the midst of everything, the street was quiet so we were able to unwind in peace in the evenings after our busy days of sightseeing. We travelled with our two adult sons and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home’s furnishings were top notch and everything that we needed was on hand. The Owner’s Assistants touched based with us both before and during our stay to make sure that there was nothing we needed to make our holiday better. They were both accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend!

Unaccommodating host

We are from Singapore with 7 adults staying there for 3 nights.

The location is good, & the decor is modern & advant-garde. However, it's without air con. Not that it matter to us becos we were there in the mid of the coldest weather in London but I can't imagine recommending this to you in the mid of summer.

Next, the apartment is on the ground floor along quite a busy road. So anyone walking pass the unit can look into the apartment. My son took the only ground floor bedroom & complained with blood for the lack of privacy living in that bedroom.

Perhaps, the most annoying experience is with the host when we try to arrange for late check out / storage of our luggages till we are ready to leave for the airport at 5 pm. Initial conversation goes towards the fact that they do not have a late check out policy and we must leave by 11 am. Being "helpful", the host suggested we lug (in the midst of the coldest winter & snow) 7 pieces of 28 inches luggages plus 6 hand carries to a central luggage deposit shop for safekeeping. We countered the offer by suggesting leaving our luggages in the apartment while they clean it as we will not disrupt their schedule. We were immediately told that they have a guest coming in as such they can't accommodate - period. Well, we wouldn't have this problem if we stay in a regular hotel as they would have accommodated my luggages in the store.

Over the next few minutes, we were proposed to pay the host 400 for half a day rent to safe keep our luggages. Next, we were told that they would do us a huge offer by accepting only 240 to accommodate our challenges.

So, the reality is not about availability or willingness to assist but simply a money matter. By then, we had contacted a car rental for a huge van for 280 which could accommodate all our luagges plus free mobility for the day. Additionally the transportation will also takes us to the Airport. Bravo!

We can only conclude that the host is not at all customer focus other than making a buck and has no aptitude of an inn keeper who can assist the storage of its client's luggages other than paying a fee. I must highlight that a regular inn keeper will provide without encouragement.

We would have given it a 5 star rating for Winter stay and 4 star for Summer stay but given the negative experience over late check out & luggage storage, we will only rate it as a 3 star. As far as the notion that it's a 8 mil property, honestly we have seen better.

Owner's Response: Monica Noe requested a late check out time of 8pm, 1 month before her arrival. Our check out time is 11am. I informed her that if I gave her a check out time of 8pm, the home would not be available until midnight the day she departs for the next potential guest. The home takes 4 hours to clean. I suggested she book an additional night to secure a late check out. I even offered that night for a substantial discount. I informed her if no one books that night, she could have a late check out. Subsequently, another guest booked with an arrival on her departure date, making a late check out no longer possible. When I informed her that a late check out was no longer possible, she became furious. She then said she wanted to take my previous offer and book the extra night for a discount. I informed her this was not longer possible. I let her know about the third party companies that store luggage in the area. She then became very nasty, using profanities and said she would “destroy me” when she writes a review. This is the only non 5 star review we have received and I would like to address several things she mentions in her review: 1. The home has air conditioning. She says there was no air-conditioning, even though she was there in February and London actually got snow during this period! 2. The home’s entrance is on the ground floor where there is one bedroom, the kitchen and the living room as well as a half bath. This is a brand new home and all the windows have shades and all the bedrooms have black-out shades. If you don’t have the shades drawn, someone walking in front of the home could see through the windows on the ground floor. 3. She mentions that she would have no problem getting a late check out and storing her luggage if she was staying in a hotel. Perhaps, but we are not a hotel. 4. At least she mentions that she would have given us a 5 star review if she was given a late check out and we stored her luggage. She had an offer to book an additional night to accommodate this request, however she rejected it.
