This is a child friendly 3 bedroom villa with a traditional touch.
It provides an open plan area comprising of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The dining area consists of a dining table and the living area has a 2 and a 3 seat sofas, as well as a coffee table and a TV.
The one Bedroom is on the Ground Floor with a shower room. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, sharing the family bathroom and a balcony with side sea view.
On the ground floor, patio doors open out to the outdoor patio, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner in this peaceful area. The villa has also a big yard with grass and a BBQ for enjoyable moments.
Mothers of young children will appreciate the fact that this property has no swimming pool, making it entirely safe for children and allowing them a lot of space to play.
The villa is located close to Protaras main strip and also in a walking distance from Lombardi beach, a nice and quiet beach, suitable for families. It is also in a walking distance from bus station, restaurants and supermarket.
