5 Minutes to Disney, Refurbished Home

Located in the beautiful, gated & guarded community of Emerald Island, this home is only a 10 minute drive from the gates of Walt Disney World and within easy commute to other world class attractions and a huge selection of restaurants & shops.
This home has recently had upgraded furniture in the lounge and second seating area, with the addition of two large flat screen TV's. The kitchen has also been upgraded, with granite countertops and backsplash installed. The granite continues int every bathroom in the home.
Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom, and the King Master suite. The second seating area, with its large TV, has a DVD player and Xbox to keep the kids (and kids at heart entertained)! This fun continues in the games room, with an air hockey table and pool table.
Upstairs you will find two twin bedroom, themed to Mickey Mouse, and a queen master suite. Also on this level is a family bathroom.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the comprehensive cable package available on all TV's throughout this home.
Complimentary high speed internet and free local and domestic calls also make it easy to stay connected with friends and family.
All homes managed by United Vacation Homes are professionally cleaned and maintained.
Guests can also rest assured that our dedicated guest services team are available 24/7 before, during and after your stay.

Pool heat is $25 plus tax per day. BBQ Rental is $65 plus tax per week.

Nice villa, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Villa was really nice, so much room and plenty of bathrooms so we could all get ready and out quickly every morning. We have stayed in Emerald Island before and highly recommend it as its a lovely area and so close to Disney as well as easy access to the I4 to Seaworld and Orlando. We had a few dead bugs falling into the main bathroom from the ceiling vent but it wasnt a problem to get rid of them ourselves. Communication was good with property manager from the moment we made the booking.

Great Location

Excellent location, very short drive to restaurants and only a little longer to nearest supermarket. Less than 10mins to Animal Kingdom. Great property with good pool and space to comfortably relax around. If you need a base close to Disney definitely worth a look.

Disney Getaway

Awesome place super close to all the parks, shopping, restaurants and wonderful place to come back to and relax on the rest days in between. We enjoyed the pool tons of accommodations for the baby which was so helpful we loved family time in the game room garage. Would come back again.
