Lovely villa with its own plunge pool, roof terrace and BBQ in a gated community. Overlooking the 7th hole of St Lucia's Golf and Country Club and 15 minutes drive of 3 spectacular beaches and restaurants that the Cap Estate and North St Lucia has to offer. Maid service, internet access and use of the facilities of Cap Maison Hotel and Spa and the club house at the golf course.

Beach: With three fantastic beaches within 15 minutes drive of the villa you have your choice. The nearest is only a few minutes walk away. Residents of the Villa have use of the facilities of Cap Maison Hotel and Spa which is ten minutes drive away and the option of discounts for spa treatments and full use of their restaurants and bars. Other beaches include The Causeway, a wonderful shell beach and Reduit Beach in the Rodney Bay Area along with its restaurants and shops, you can enjoy a variety of water sports including jet skiing and paragliding.

Golf: We are able to offer reduced rates at the St Lucia Golf Course which is right outside the door with discounted golf cart fees. Please enquire to find out rates.

Great stay in a beautiful property

The property was just as described and reflected in the photos. It was absolutely immaculate and our arrival meal prepared by Sharmain was delicious. The property is five minutes walk from Cotton Bay Village with a lovely swimming pool and beach bar. We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of Rodney Bay. All the amenities at the property meant we were able to cook meals and have guests to stay. I would recommend this property to any groups or families with children.

Great villa

Ena was great dealing with our major delay getting to villa - along with all our other queries. Hot water wasn't plentiful or water pressure but this may have been an island thing. Location is amazing and easy access to restaurants and marina. If we decide to return to st Lucia we would definitely stay at villas on the green again
