About the property

A nice place in the South Lamar district. 5-10 minute drive to Barton Springs, Zilker Park (ACL), the Green Belt, Town Lake and Trail. 10-15 minute drive to downtown, UT Campus and 6th street area. 15-20 minute drive to McKinney Falls State Park. Lots of food and drink spots right near by, and there is a bus stop right out front. (A bus can take you right to within walking distance of ACL and back. If you don't have a bunch of stuff to carry, that can be a good option)

I envision the space being most appealing to either a group of friends, or one or two couples with a couple friends or older kids. I've tried to create a space that's appealing to me. The coffee/tea station, the back patio bistro set, projector setup, work desk area, and breakfast area, all are thing's that I thought would contribute to the overall feel I was going for, which is modern, clean, and efficient while still being warm and comfortable.

There is a queen sized bed in each of the two bedrooms, and a fold down couch-bed in the living room (roughly a full sized). There are also three air mattresses in the closet of the second bedroom.

The kitchen is stocked with most of what you would need for basic cooking, 5 burner gas range top and gas oven, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor, hand mixer, immersion blender, knives and cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. I even have a sushi rolling mat and bamboo spatula if you want to get fancy and make sushi. I don't have much bakeware though, that was where I started to get low on space, but if you would like to be able to bake during your stay and there is something you would like to have, let me know and I'll try to arrange that for you.

The front door has a keyless code entry mechanism. I'll provide a new code for each group of guests at the time of check in to ensure everyone has their privacy. I have sectioned off and locked a few spaces (the kitchen pantry, master bedroom closet, and entryway closet) for my own belongings. Other than that, everything is open. If you have access to something then you are free to use it while you are here.

I'll always be available through messaging or by phone for questions regarding the house, or even if you have general questions about the location. Once you're checked in though, the place is yours for the duration of your stay. If there is some reason I need access during that time I'll contact you first and work with your schedule, but I don't really foresee that happening.
