This oversized 4 bed / 4.5 bath pool home in Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club offers a direct lake view, two ensuite master bedrooms, two guest bedrooms, and the perfect reading nook. Spend time with family and friends in the two living rooms and a separate family/TV room off of the kitchen. The home has an amazing amount of natural lighting with beautiful skylights and expansive sliders. The large and inviting kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities and more.A butler pantry is also in the kitchen. In the cooler months, enjoy the fresh air and perfect view by completely opening up the lanai doors off of the back living room. This also serves as a great extension to the outdoor space. The screened-in lanai features a private heated pool, lounge chairs, relaxed seating and dining tables and chairs. There is also a full cabana bathroom which includes a shower and is accessible directly from the lanai.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Stunning home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Spanish Wells. The house is absolutely stunning, you can tell whoever put it all together has an eye for design. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a day out and about, and on the days we stayed home, we loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. We had some friends over and when it was time for them to go home, they did not want to leave! I have to say we felt much the same way by the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Terribly managed Great house

The house is great but it’s managed awfully. We stayed 1 month there and spent 1 week to get the internet fixed, 3 weeks to get AC up and running (it went down 3 times), 4 weeks to get a rid of ants - no luck. The management company point of contact was really responsive trying to solve all problems reactively. The house wasn’t prepared for our stay at all. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, hairs all around the bathrooms, dirty floor, garbage bags were full. The management company wasn’t even aware of the leaking roof which causes the problems the AC electrical system - dangerous. They proposed to solve the problems with ants by using traps - seems the never work with pests control companies before. Internet had gone down well before we moved in. Hence, the house and location are incredible but I do not recommend the house. It’s not taken care of at all. Shame

Lovely home

The house was just lovely. Lots of space and all the amenities were just an added plus. Had a bit of rain in august so having the garage to access the house was a plus! Location was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for- a place to relax and spread out and just be at peace before heading back to the grind.
