Property in Absolutely unique location, just some steps away from the Playa Amerador. Ideal for big families or with kids looking for a unique experience. It is a detached single family house with only one storey with an extra guesthouse.

The distribution of the main villa is a large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and an extensive covered terrace, all of it with Stunning Views over Cala Amerador. 3 bedrooms with each 2 single beds and the other one which has 2 litter beds where totally can sleep 4 persons (children). Totally 3 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi.

The guesthouse has an other 3 double bedrooms, livingroom with open kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms

There is a large terrace/garden and a private pool of 5M x 13,5M. Stunning views from every room. Direct access to the gravel beach.

The Villa has a maximum capacity of 16 guests (Adults, children ore infants).

Stunning views from a spacious villa

The villa is amazing. Spacious very clean with all the amenities needed in a home from home.Comfortable beds Plenty of bathrooms . With lots of outdoor space the grounds, garden and large pool ,are all well maintained. The vast space that contains the pool has a covered terrace to sit .Plenty of chairs tables and loungers.We could observe our grandchildren in the pool from all angles (a bonus ).

However what made our holiday was the breathtaking sea view .Cool breezes Brilliant sunshine all our family enjoyed it immensely.We will return .

Fantastiske rammer med en vidunderlig beliggenhed.

Vores familie bestående af ialt 16 personer, bedsteforældre, børn, svigerbørn og børnebørn har netop haft en fantastisk uge i denne suverænt lækre villa. Med tre småbørnsfamilier er huset fantastisk fordi det er så rummeligt, såvel indendørs som udendørs. Indendørs var det store velindrettede køkken praktisk og de mange soveværelser så fint anvendelige. Udendørs var den meget store terrasse med legemuligheder og poolen et for os fast samlingssted til glæde for alle aldre. Det, de store børnebørn vil huske, tror vi, er den aften de spontant fik væltet de fleste forældre samt vi to bedsteforældre med alt tøjet på i poolen😊?

Det helt vidunderlige ved denne villa er desuden beliggenheden: lige ud til havet. Havudsigt er for de fleste i vores familie en lise for sjælen. Stranden som man så bare kan gå lige ned til er stenet. Vi fandt små steder, hvor de små børn kunne stable og lege med sten og vi voksne få en fantastisk badetur i klart havvand. Det tager 10 minuttet i bil til en ren sandstrand, når vi ønskede det.

Vi havde en god relation til ejeren, Robert, som både var hjælpsom og gav os relevante informationer.

Vi kan varmt anbefale Villa Amerador til en storfamilietur👍?

Eleven have fun in Spain!

A group of us, varying ages from around 45-89 enjoyed the house very much. There is plenty of room for everyone, in fact we had a few spare beds. The terrace is huge - the pool is a good size, and on the really hot days there are several shady areas which make being outside a pleasure. There is a tram line within 10 minutes walk which runs down to Alicante and up to Benidorm (Benidorm is around 45 minutes, Alicante around 30 minutes), so if you want a dose of crowded streets, take a ride! Our group went in both directions although not at the same time, and found it easy to find, easy to pay (you pay on the tram) and it ran regularly. Robert the owner will give you a timetable as you arrive. The area around the house is mostly modern suburbs, so this is not a villa to book for the view at the back. However, the view at the front, overlooking the Med, is a pleasure to get out of bed for. We saw several wonderful sunrises. Safe too for small children as the terrace and pool area is completely secure unless you leave a gate open. There's also a covered eating area outside, so breakfast there if you can. Owner Robert is really professional and will go through details and your contract at top speed. But he also is available at any time by phone (or rather by "whatsapp", which he installed on the Luddite's phone in double quick time!). He helped us too by suggesting a local taxi firm who picked us up from the Airport, and did shopping runs on a daily basis plus a night run to Alicante for a meal out. Robert arranged for them to hold our luggage on our last day between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm as we had "free time" before we had to get to the airport. We were dropped in Alicante for the day, and picked up exactly where we were dropped off and the luggage was in the back awaiting us. Taxis in this area are not expensive, so we took advantage of them. If you want to go shopping or eating, either a car, or take a taxi. We arrived and left by taxi and did all the shopping too, so it can be done.

Robert explained to us that we should leave things as clean as we found them...... we found an uncleaned BBQ, and several plates and bowls put away not washed. We did a little better ourselves when we left! The only complaint from our group was over the pillows. We didn't ask the owner to buy new ones for us, but perhaps in the winter season an upgrade would be a good idea, as I spent a week with mine folded in half and wrapped in a towel to keep it there.

17 members of my family stayed at Villa Amerador.

There was ample room for everyone. The children loved the swimming pool, & being able to swim in the evenings. We travelled everywhere on the tram, very cheap & not far to walk to. I highly recommend this Villa.

Family holiday

We have just returned from this fabulous villa. 14 members of our family celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It is situated on the beach with incredible sunrises from the terrace. It is the ideal place for large family parties to have a wonderful holiday. Robert the owner was very professional and he was on hand to help with any questions we had. We will definitely return in the future and will be recommending it to all our friends. 60th Birthday Celebrations

15 members of my family ranging from 1 to 62 years old stayed in this beautiful villa.

The property is very spacious, very well equipped and ideal for large parties.

The large garden houses a fantastic swimming pool, lots of garden furniture and beautiful views out to sea. We all managed an early start to see the sun rising from the balcony. The villa is set in a quiet spot, is very private and very secure.

A local tram is only a few minutes walk from the property and takes you south to El Campello and Alicante and north to Benidorm.

The owner Robert was friendly and welcoming and readily available if there were any problems.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our week of luxury and would highly recommend this property

Kilometres of Beaches, El Campello with crystal clear waters, gentle sea breezes in summer and mild winter days combine with the hospitable nature of the inhabitants. The town dates back to the Bronze Age although the evolution of this small, sea town has endow edit with a modern outlook. The variety of high quality tourist services available to visitors enables them to enjoy their stay in harmony with the natural, Mediterranean setting with an excellent range of leisure, sporting and cultural facilities.

El Campello has a varied and attractive coastline of 23 km length. At the extreme north, next to the Coveta Fuma, there are cliffs and small coves of sand, gravel and rocks with clear water that celebrated nudist beaches.

The N-332 and the AP-7 motorway access El Campello. You can also access it by the narrow gauge train and tram. The tram line runs along Alicante-Benidorm. There is a tram every 20-30 minutes, and the duration of the trip is 20 minutes. Alicante airport 15 min away.

GOLF BONALBA: Opened in 1995 Bonalba is the oldest and most settled 18 hole golf course in Costa Blanca. The course designed by Ramon Espinosa is a diverse entity of trees, water obstacles, bunkers and large greens, making it an enjoyable experience for pros and amateurs alike. The 6,367 metre, 18 hole par 72 Bonalba golf course is situated in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and beaches of San Juan. It is situated between large lakes on gentle slopes and has its own golf Academy with qualified , professional instructors. Bonalba is located approximately 10 minutes from “Villa Amerador”. The best route to the course is by taking the highway (A7) that goes from Alicante to Valencia and then heading towards Alcoi (Exit 67) to the left. The course is only a few minutes off the highway, with signs guiding the way.

GOLF ALICANTE: The legendry Spanish player Severiano Ballesteros designed Alicante city golf course. The course offers a good challenge for pros and amateurs alike. Along the course there are seven water hazards, so getting used to playing between the obstacles is important. The 6,270 metre Alicante golf course of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. The course stands out for its long tees, wide fairways, beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes. Alicante Golf is about 15 mins south of “Villa Amerador” near the town of San Juan.

GOLF EL PLANTIO: El Plantio has only been opened since 2000. The wide fairways allow even high handicap players the chance to enjoy the game. Other good qualities of the course include short walking distances between tees and greens. The course is surrounded by hills lining the sea, and inland mountains, that give a unique sense of detachment from everything else. El Plantio is about 20 minutes south of “Villa Amerador” along the old road to Elche, near the airport.
