The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building (elevator available). It consists of a living and bedroom (with double bed in 1,60x2,00m; bed linens provided), a kitchen-dining room (with espresso machine; dishwasher; complete kitchen equipment), bathroom (Siemens washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board; towels) a large balcony overlooking the Fasanerie Park and a small entrance area. Also available Wi-Fi and underground car parking.

The apartment is fully equipped (including kitchen and bath utensils). Also available are salt and tablets for the dishwasher, and washing powder and fabric softener for the washing machine. In case of late arrival you will find in the kitchen drinks and food.

Within 200m from the apartment there is a variety of shops (for example, food, laundry, pharmacy, post office, banks, restaurants). Downtown Darmstadt and all sights are easily reachable by tram, bike and car. The recreation areas "Fasanerie Park", "Steinbrücker Teich", "Rosenhöhe" and the Castle Kranichstein are within walking distance. These are all great spots for hiking, walking, jogging, cycling or picnicking.

The apartment is located in the northeast of Darmstadt.

Nearby are public transportation stops (RMV) for tram line 4 (to Griesheim) and tram line 5 (to the main train station), and bus line H (to Darmstadt Anne Frank Strasse), bus line U (to Messel and Darmstadt Ludwigshöhe). By tram, bike or car you reach the the city center in 10min and the main station in 15-20min. By car you can enter in 10min the A5 via Weiterstadt or in 15min the A661 via Langen. You can easily reach Frankfurt by car or train (30-60min).

The apartment is not suitable for small children (under 12 years) or pets. The apartment is suitable only for maximum 2 adults. Additional/non registered overnight visitors are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No illegal use of the WLAN (e.g. no distribution and no consumption of copyrighted or illegal content). Guests are full liability for any damages/losses and are asked to avoid any loud noise before 8:00 AM and after 18:00 PM.

During check-in all information regarding the apartment, the building and the neighborhood will be shared. In case of any problem, the landlord can be reached by mobile phone/WhatsApp at any time.

In case of one month or longer stays pick up at arrival and drop off at departure will be provided at no additional costs (only Airport Frankfurt, Main Station Frankfurt or Darmstadt).
