The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a building considered one of the most beautiful on the edge of Fortaleza, the Landscape Building. Situated where the Banco do Brasil Athletic Association (AABB) once functioned, the building is made up of three towers (Gold, Platinum and Diamond) of 22 floors each, set around a beautiful garden with adult and children's pools, tents, sofas, playground.
Although the Diamond Tower, where the apartment is located, does not face Beira Mar Avenue, the apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, as its balcony is right in front of the large 7th to 12th large window. Gold tower floor.
It has a ballroom, gourmet lounge, gym, sauna, squash court, hot tubs, outdoor pools and indoor pool, all of very good quality.
Meireles, where the apartment is located, is the highest HDI district of Fortaleza, which is easily seen by the beautiful architecture of the buildings and the available infrastructure. It is the neighborhood where Beira Mar Avenue is located, the main tourist reference of the city.
The animation is constant, worth mentioning the humor shows, good restaurants, bars and beach huts.
Visit the craft, confection and typical products fair, which is just over 100 meters from the building, or simply order a drink or food from one of the numerous beach huts. Take a walk, enjoy the sunset at Volta da Jurema, or head to the Fish Market at the end of the avenue, where you can buy seafood and order them to fry at one of the adjacent tables.
Beira Mar is a party and, for the kids, there are the little trains of joy, which provide outdoor walks in the company of dynamic and funny children's TV characters and comics, some of which jump out of the vehicle and make adventures in full asphalt.
Iracema Beach is right next door, a good place for dolphin watching and rollerblading.
Praia do Futuro, Fortaleza's most famous beach, houses, in all its extension, large number of tents with good infrastructure, some with swimming pools and playground and musical attractions for all tastes. Be sure to try the crab, especially if it is on a Thursday, a day traditionally chosen as typical to eat this crustacean in Fortaleza.

Stayed here with my two childeren in December. Landscape is ideal located. Meters from the beach, and everything nearby. The apartment is clean and as shown on the pictures. The owner was easy to contact and always responded quickly. I would stay here again!
