Gem in the city

Clean, beautifully finished, well organized. Plenty of supportive material with rules for the house, restaurant suggestions, protocols for managing waste and recycling. Stairs to the third floor creak a little bit, but otherwise a quiet and solid house with comfortable sleeping arrangements for as many as 8 to 10 people. Short walk to St. Clair West subway, Loblaws, LCBO, and a number of ethnic restaurants. At any given time, we had four cars, one in the driveway and three on the street, with easily obtained city of Toronto parking permits. Overall cost was comparable or less than a similar length stay in a downtown hotel, but accommodating many more people. With people convening from all over, this is a perfect house to re-create a home for Christmas away from home!

Great location and neighbourhood!

I rented this property for me and 5 out of town friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday! We used it as a home base as we went to dinner, axe throwing and a few bars.

It was spotless, and nicely decorated. The master bedroom was awesome! LOVED the bathroom.

Highly recommended and the property owners were very accommodating with letting us in early and having a later check out.
