This spacious apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom, and 1 master bedroom with private bathroom. The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and dish washer. Right outside your front door there's a balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee at a spacious table and chairs overlooking the newly renovated 2nd street park. Looking towards the east you can catch a glimpse of the downtown NYC skyline! All amenities available : Wifi w/ Fiber-optic Business Internet , Verizon Fio's TV Premium Package w/ on-demand, washer & dryer.

Why Peter Simpson chose The Heights

This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms w/ common bathroom including the master bedroom with private bathroom is the perfect place to commute to NYC. It's only a 15 minutes ride into Manhattan (depending on traffic) with access to either Lincoln or Holland tunnels. The NJ Transit bus stop is also a block away from the apartment which takes you directly to 42st Port Authority station. Please let us know if we have not sent you our Guest Guide PDF document yet!

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has a balcony right outside your front door with table and chairs. If you look out to the east you can see a view of lower Manhattan and the newly finished One World Trade Tower. We love the neighborhood with quick access to all your travel needs. Directly across the street is a enormous park that consists of 12 public tennis courts, soccer field, football field, basketball courts, and a big kids playground. There is a newly paved path to jog or bicycle around to get your morning started. Please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls!

This place was pretty special. Enough room for all of us. Loved that we could have private times in our separate bedrooms. Water in the refrigerator was a fabulous touch! So close to the Food Mart. Perfect distance from NYC - twenty minute Uber ride. So close to a beautiful park. We went during Christmas time so we couldn't enjoy that convenience. We are already considering a trip here during the summer/fall time frame.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

We were 3 women staying at this apartment. Plenty of space for everyone. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. Peter was there to meet and orient us. He was always super responsive to all of my emails and calls. He gave great info on where to eat, get groceries, and how best to get to the city. He also connected us with Jheyson who offers fabulous car service. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with amenities. The apartment was quiet and was fantastic for our girls getaway. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful and accommodating 3bd/2ba

Beautiful property with plenty of complimentary amenities. Property owners/partners were very nice and courteous. Often responded quickly to messages. Gave us parking passes since street parking is for residential or visitors only. We came with two vehicles and because they were unable to get us a second pass, the owner was nice enough to let us park in the assigned parking for free. That was nice and helpful since we ubered every where. There were other HomeAway/AirBnB visitors in the building and noise was barely heard, but a good time was being seen. I would definitely visit again the next time I go for a NYC trip. Uber was pretty reasonable and we split it for everyone. Beds were nicely made and having access to laundry was a plus. The wifi didn't work, but I didn't bother to ask about it since we really didn't need it (because we only slept on the property). We were out most of the day. Access to the back patio is available upon request, but we didn't need it again. Very tight back patio space tho. It seems like it would just be good for a hangout BBQ amongst close friends or something. Everything was nice, fresh, and accommodating. The only thing we had to do was take out our trash and put wet towels in the bathroom. The complimentary water in the fridge was a plus. It was very hot outside and we appreciated it big time!! Beautiful property. Thanks again!!!

-Please enjoy the unique location, please be respectful to the neighbors and keep the place clean let us know if there any immediate repairs or needs.
-Please keep our place clean, place all trash from apartment into garbage pals that we provide. Remove all Garbage and trash out to the parking lot/driveway and place it into the trash can's
-Please remember we have a strict no smoking policy inside our building. For people who smoke there is a deck outside and a back garden to enjoy the awesome view of the Park and NYC. (No Smoking inside the apartment please close the doors and windows if you are smoking there will be a cleaning $400 fee added per room if we detect smoking inside the apartment or an odor.
-Lost keys there will be a charge of per lock $135
-Please return the street parking pass to avoid $50 replacement fee.
-Parking is available $20 per night per vehicle/regular size car or standard SUV.
-If you or your guest have a car or vehicle rental please inform us at the time you are booking the apartment.
-Any damaged or broken items must be brought to our attention prior to your checkout or preferably during your stay.
-Please turn off the A/C, lights and appliances before you leave except for the dishwasher thanks. TVs cable boxes and lamps can STAY plugged in thank you.
-During your stay if it is high and hot humid temperatures outside, please set thermostats to energy save mode. Energy saver mode, we recommend at a reasonable temp between 75-80 degrees.
THIS IS APARTMENT IS FOR LONG TERM GUESTS ONLY
We have a 31 Day long-term lease agreement that must be signed prior to your stay.
