Hidden away in the Eastern Algarve on the Ria Formosa nature reserve, 30 minutes journey time from Faro airport, lies the lovely, traditional fishing village of Fuseta. Renowned for its stunning sandy beaches and beautiful lagoon, Fuseta is a self contained remedy to the hustle and bustle of modern life. With its daily fish market, general market, restaurants, bars and local shops, forget the car and simply relax and unwind.

This beautifully decorated apartment has received numerous 5 star reviews and offers stunning views over the Ria Formosa from its private roof terrace which, with its sun loungers, Barbecue, pergola and table with seating for 10, is ideal for entertaining and dining. In addition to its two large double bedrooms, the main feature of the apartment is its spacious lounge and lavishly appointed open plan kitchen which lead out to a large, westerly facing private terrace which is equipped with a stone built, charcoal fired Barbecue, dining table & chairs and sun loungers.

Modern and stylish throughout, the apartment offers every conceivable luxury including Nespresso machine, Wireless internet, Sky TV (incl. Movies and Sports), Portuguese and German channels.

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung mit ihrem großen Balkon verbracht. An der Ausstattung fehlt absolut nichts. Es war alles sehr gepflegt mit wöchentlichem Wäschewechsel und geschmackvoll. Als nette Geste empfanden wir die bereitstehende Erstversorgung. So bald möglich werden wir wiederkommen.

Im "Capri" haben wir sehr gut gespeist, wenn wir nicht zu Hause gekocht haben.

Elegant, well-equipped apartment

We spent 2 glorious weeks in this beautiful apartment with its large balcony. There was absolutely nothing missing with the facilities.

It was all very well maintained with a weekly change of linen and nicely ecorated.

We thought the waiting welcome pack was a nice touch.

We will be back as soon as possible .

We have dined very well at The "Capri", if we did not want to cook at home.

Great property in fabulous location!

From the very start of the booking process till the end of our stay it has been a real joy to work with Ian and his team.The check in process was smooth and faultless due to the arrival information sent by Ian; followed up by a phone call to me in Australia. Alvaro ,Ians local agent, was on hand to meet us on arrival and took his time to make sure we were familiar with the unit. The property was as good as described and was extremely clean and well maintained. The private roof top was an added bonus and a great place to watch the sunset over a cold beer or glass of red.The apartment was located a 3 minute walk from a number of local cafe bar restaurants that all boasted fresh fish and other fare every day. A local super market was 150 metres up the road. There is also a train station 5 minutes away that took us to all the surrounding towns for very low fares. We stayed for 16 nights in Fuseta and did not even consider renting a car. Overall our first trip to Portugal was a delight. We thank Ian and Alvaro for their wonderful customer service and I would not hesitate to rebook if I have the opportunity to return again and certainly would recommend this apartment to all who are considering Fuseta as a holiday destination.

A little Gem!

Beautiful apartment, immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Just a few minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Wine, water, cheese, bread rolls and some other groceries were there on our arrival which I thought was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our first visit to Fuseta. If you're looking for a quieter destination away from the busier resorts this is the placd got you. We ate fantastic seafood every night, very reasonable to eat out. Recommend ferry over to island beach. Took train into Faro old town, very quaint with tiled and cobbled streets, had a lovely lunch there, however it was more expensive for food compared to Fuseta. Enjoyed live music in corner bar across from where the island ferry leaves from (music started at 10pm Sat night). Would love to return again. Thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect!!! Couldn't fault it.

This apartment was 5 star accommodation. We loved being able to sit outside having our breakfast before the sun came round and made it too hot for us. We didn't bother with the rooftop terrace as we are not sun worshipers, but it was a lovely area up there for anyone who does love sunbathing! It was perfect for us having air-conditioning. All the rooms were lovely and spacious. There was everything you needed in the kitchen- although we just had breakfast and lunch on the terrace and ate out each night in the local restaurants which were only a 3 minute stroll from the apartment. We were sad to be going home, and will definitely be returning next year. It was a lovely peaceful relaxing apartment and local area. We had a thoroughly enjoyable chill out break. Thank you Ian for the use of your perfect apartment!

Excellent Well Equipped Apartment - Fuseta

An excellent apartment with all the facilities and equipment that you could possibly want/need in a central position within easy reach of restaurants/bars etc. We arrived on 30th August, very late,past midnight, as our plane was delayed but this caused no problem as Alvaro was there ready to greet us and there was an excellent "welcome pack" of all we would need to get us started, including 2 bottles of wine, milk, butter, bread, cheese and many other things. The air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was over 100 degrees for much of our stay.Fuseta is an unspoilt Portugese fishing village and the restaurants, although mainly for people who like fish, have many other things on their menu and the food is very cheap indeed and of a high standard. We actually brought back Euros which is unheard of for us !!!!! The beach is lovely and very safe for people with children and also just a ferry away is the lovely island beach. We took the owner's advice and caught the local train to Tavira which is a lovely town and also had a lovely time in nearly Vila Real de St.Antonio where there are numerous shops and bars to look around.

All in all an excellent spot and a very enjoyable holiday which we would recommend very strongly to anyone who likes a quieter type of holiday (certainly not an Albufeira which was absolutely heaving) and we were glad to return to our lovely little fishing village.

Thank you Ian for letting us share in your lovely apartment, we will certainly return one day.

Excellent in every way

Lovely apartment, fantastic location. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, with all the equipment you could need, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach towels and all kinds of beach gear. Great air con and wifi. Very helpful and friendly owner and agent, lots of information, very flexible. Couldn't ask for more.

A Portuguese Gem

As soon as we walked into the apartment, we knew we had made the right choice. It was very spacious and modern and also very clean. Ian the owner was there to greet us and show us around, he was very helpful. He also left us water, beer and wine which was well received. The private roof terrace was lovely, with such amazing views. We hired a car but we hardly used it as everything, shops, restaurants, bars and the beach were only a few minutes walk away.We really enjoyed our stay in Fuseta and would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends, as it has everything you need for a great holiday. CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation at any time and for whatever reason, your initial deposit of 25% is NON-REFUNDABLE. Other than the forfeiture of your initial deposit, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before arrival will not incur any further charges. However, cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will forfeit the full reservation fee. In all cases, any security deposit already paid will be refunded in full. Early departure will not warrant any refund of rent.

UTILITY COSTS
Weekly rates include an Electricity allowance of €25 and a Gas allowance of €25. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure with any excess deducted from the security deposit. Use of the gas fired central heating system is not permitted due to the excessive cost of gas supply to the apartment without prior agreement together with the payment of an additional deposit. Please note, however, that the air conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms can also be used as a heat source.
