A very spacious 2/3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 with waterside views

This is a truly fantastic property. The apartment is on the 13th floor of a modern apartment block in the Western Habour area of the city and can therefore boast breathtaking views across the city and over the Firth of Forth.

The accommodation includes a huge open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows showing off the spectacular views. There are 2 double bedrooms both with ensuites and balconies. There is a third room, off the second bedroom, which acts as a study or occasional bedroom as this has a double sofa bed. The superb kitchen is fully equipped and there's a separate utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer.

The area has a number of restaurants and there is a large 24 hour supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The Royal Yacht Britannia, which you get a great view of, is docked at Ocean Terminal the large shopping and cinema complex which is about a 20 minute walk away. Edinburgh city centre is a 25 minute bus journey and the area is well served by buses. There is free parking both underground and outside the property.

Outstanding views with an everchanging outlook from every direction. It just felt like home!!

Used the opprtunity to relax most of the time looking at the views and enjoying taking pictures providing wonderful memories of our stay! Edinburgh town centre is a short bus ride away by a very convenient bus service. Only 25 minutes by car to some beautiful seaside walks along coastal paths. A more than plentiful supermarket 10 minutes walk away that meets anyone's culinary needs. What a fantastic and relaxing week - we will be going back!! The facilities at the apartment were second to none and we wanted for nothing! So sad to leave but looking at when we can return!!

Great flat but needs a very good clean

The flat was in a great location with fantastic views and it worked well for my family. The major downside of the place was its cleanliness, nearly every kitchen utensil needed a good clean before using and some even had mounds of food left on them. I have never seen a toilet brush in such a disgusting state, it had that much waste on it that you dare not use it incase it would flick up everywhere. There were other issues with the cleanliness too that really outweighed the flats great location and layout. I would never stay there again especially at that price, for the money paid you do not expect such a lack of care for basic hygiene. Disgusting and disgusted is how I would rate this flat and my time at it.

Fantastic property, great location, awesome views.

We had a great time in Edinburgh at this property. The location overlooking the river & harbor one on side & the city on the other was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk to the bus stop then 15 minutes into the city center from there. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the end-of-festival fireworks show. Francois met us at the apartment when we arrived & gave us a good introduction to the very well-appointed property. There was plenty of room for us, our 5 year old daughter & visiting grandparents. Would highly recommend this place & would love to come back here next time we head home for vacation.

Very relaxing getaway with a view!!

We just returned from Edinburgh enjoying the Fringe Festival. This flat was the perfect getaway from the craziness of all the performances in Old Town. It was just a 20-25 minute bus ride from Old Town with the bus stop just a short walk away from the flat. It was a great size for two adults and two teenage boys...they were able to share a "suite" with adjoining bedrooms and their own bath while we had our own bath. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room/dining was a great size for all of us to hang out. The views of the water are fantastic but it is quite windy!!

Beautiful modern apartment with wonderful views. Very spacious and in peaceful area with easy access to Edinburgh city centre. We did feel the kitchen units could have done with a clean!

Best Vacation Rental We've Had!

This apartment truly has it all! Location, comfort, layout, security, style and most of all some breathtaking views of both the city and the sea!! Stayed with my wife and 2 tween girls. Separation of spaces and private baths were a huge bonus. Perfect location as a home base and great cab service to the city. We had a car and parking was a breeze. 2 minutes to 24 hour full service supermarket 3 minutes to the mall and 4 minutes to Daniel bakery which was fantastic!

Absolutely loved Edinburgh and Scotland as a whole and we will be going back.....so much more to see than 8 days allowed.....and we will definitely be contacting Francois when we do!!

Located on Western Harbour View this is located about a 15 minute drive from the city centre or about a 25 minute bus journey. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and there is a regular service into the city centre. There are a couple of restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket within a 10 minute walk.
