It's just a short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches & scenic lighthouses. The apartment feels like home & maintains architectural features of the past. It has an updated eat-in kitchen, large separate dining room, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths.

Also a block away is the Eastern Promenade with it's spectacular views of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay. Both smaller and larger groups will love the spacious floor layout and we go above and beyond to provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need.

You could say we thrive off this because we grew up in Portland not far from the very location of this home. We want our home to be your home and not only do we provide you with enough amenities to do that, but we also make ourselves available to answer any questions you have. Location is key! This home is located on Munjoy Hill. It is close to downtown (less than a mile) as well as one block from local food and drink options. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which is rare to find. It has a flexible floor plan that is great for cooking a romantic meal or entertaining a larger gathering. It is truly unique space and we always go above an beyond to make the home clean, comfortable and as if it were your own.

Felt like Home!

We had an amazing time in Portland! Nick ran through the house with us before hand to make sure all of our questions were answered. Him and his father were incredibly thoughtful and thorough, making sure all of our needs were met prior to them departing. They even gave us a few restaurant recommendations! The house was meticulously kept. It felt just like home! We can’t wait to visit again!

Charming apartment in a great location

House looks nicer in person, is bigger than expected and accommodated all of our guests. Owner is very accommodating and very involved in the process therefore expect a house tour and a walk through of where everything is located.

Really wonderful home in a great part of Portland

The only downside was that it said there was parking but it was only street parking, which worked but wasn't what we were expecting.

Owner's Response: Thank you Amanda and we will provide further clarification on the site regarding parking. This home has a driveway; it can be made available upon request, but would be shared with other renters. Many find the street parking easier and readily available in front of the building or close by on neighborhood streets. It is a very safe neighborhood. The nicer part of the street parking is that you do not need a sticker or parking permit to park on the street. This can be an issue is other cities, but not here in Portland! Good location, wonderful place

With 5 adults and a couple young children, this was the perfect place for our family vacation. Bedrooms were spacious, there was enough living and dining space for all and the kitchen had enough stuff so preparing meals was easy. The location was very good; close to some waterfront and park space, plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants to walk to. Downtown Portland is a decent walk (15 mins) but nice as long as the weather is. Nick was very nice and always available if there were any questions. One note for anyone looking to stay here: Parking is street parking and this is a residential area, so spots aren't always just available out front. There is street sweeping during the week as well so that can make that day extra difficult to park. This didnt affect our stay and we would absolutely come back, but just something to be aware of. If you're coming as a group of adults, I'd recommend carpooling.

Clean and in the heart of Portland.

It was perfect for what we needed. Easy to communicate with owner. Easy keyless entry and equipped with all towels, bedding, kitchen ware. Very spacious and great for bigger groups.
