Superbly spacious period property with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms LE BEAU JARDIN

This is a large unique period property, including many original features, with colourful Languedoc floor tiles, high ceilings and winding staircase. The house has been completely renovated recently and furnished with French furniture, contemporary with the house.There are 5 double bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of them en suite. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 other bathrooms are available .

There is a beautiful mediterranean garden, with swimming pool, lawn and mature plants and palm trees.

The house is situated close to the centre of the medieval village of Magalas. The village has 2 bakeries, 2 restaurants, a bank, post office and 2 doctors. There is a large supermarket on the outskirts of the village and also an outlet, where all the wines of the region may be purchased.

Magalas is 30 minutes from beautiful Mediterranean

Une excellent destination de vacances

Nous avons passe un superbe sejour en famille, la maison etant tres fonctoinnelle pour en pofiter au mieux

L`espace, le nombre de chambres, la configuration de cette habitation permet de profiter de la tranquillite du lieu

L`exterieur avec son magnifique jardin avec piscine est un veritable havre de paix tout en etant dans le coeur du village

Le voisinage est tres discret, les commerces tres proches

Nous remercions les proprietaires pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilite

Spacious elegant older style French property, in beautiful rural village.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the centre of Magalas. The house easily accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms with several areas in which to relax. The dining room opens through large patio doors onto a beautiful shady garden and fabulous gated pool. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. Two bedrooms have ensuites and there were a further two bathrooms. Lashings of hot water and cots/travel cots available. Every mod con, and easy walk to buy bread and milk etc.

Only down side was that the house is on a crossroads and the noise from the traffic, even for a small village was loud. We used the fans at night because it was so hot in the bedrooms, and this did help to drown out the traffic noise.

We felt the villa was good value for money and would stay there again!!

Lovely Easter Stay

We stayed at Easter and really enjoyed our stay. The village had a range of amenities within walking distance so a car was an option rather than a necessity as is the case with many other places we've stayed.

The house was really well appointed and the pool area and garden excellent.

We'll do plan to return

Lovely French style in a good location

Lovely house in the French style. Very comfortable being extremely well appointed with everything you need. Very tasteful furniture, furnishings and decor. Close to small village, bars and a fabulous restaurant ( Bistrot de Gallerie). Loved the pool area and well kept garden and the very comfortable loungers! Many great places to visit nearby, Pezanas is fantastic. Well worth it. Booking and follow up punctual and helpful. Happy to recommend.

Schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und hat viele Zimmer und Bäder, diesen großzügiges Wohnen möglich macht. Garten und Pool sind toll. Leider sind die Geräusche um das Haus doch recht laut. Es liegt zentral im Ort Magalas (hübsch und praktisch) , Mofas und Autos hört man teils auch nachts vorbei rauschen... Läuft man ein wenig, hat man tollste Natur dahinter...

Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde. Wen das nicht stört, der hat hier ein tolles Haus gefunden für die Ferien!
