About this property

Eagle Point Vail offers a quiet and convenient location along the banks of Gore Creek in West Vail. Guests have easy access to Vail Mountain Resort’s Lionshead area and the Eagle Bahn Gondola via the free resort shuttle.

I have ONE FULL WEEK (7 nights)--available during the 2024 ski season and cannot accommodate stays longer than (or less than) seven nights. Check-in and check-out is on Fridays only. Our condo can be reserved for any seven night stay for any available Winter week, as listed below:

Feb 9-16, Feb 16-23, Feb 23-Mar 1, Mar 1-8, Mar 8-15, Mar 15-22, Mar 22-29, Mar 29-Apr 5.

Our one bedroom, one bathroom condominium offers 650 square feet with accommodations for up to four people. The condo features a nicely equipped, full kitchen, luxurious king bed, one full bathroom, dining area and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The living room features a flat-screen TV, CD/DVD/X-Box player and plenty of room to relax after a day of skiing. A second TV is included in the bedroom. Also included are towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Eagle Point lobby is a cozy gathering place, with a fireplace, games, computer and printer, books, newspapers and a self-service bar with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. An outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, gas BBQ grills and outdoor fire pit are open year-round. Eagle Point's friendly staff can assist with activity planning, dining suggestions and any questions about the Vail area.

Guests have easy access to Vail Mountain Resort’s Lionshead area and the Eagle Bahn Gondola via the free resort shuttle for skiing, riding and other mountain activities. The shuttle also offers scheduled trips to the grocery store and other seasonal activities.

Additional resort amenities include wireless high speed internet, changing rooms near the pool, a laundry room and sports items, DVDs, books and games available for check out at the front desk. Storage areas are available for skis and boards. A complimentary linen exchange is available. Additional housekeeping services & roll-away beds can be requested for a fee.

Eagle Point also offers weekly, seasonal activities for guests, including a welcome reception on Saturday evenings and free continental breakfast on Tuesday mornings.

PARKING & PETS
There is complimentary on-site parking for one vehicle per condominium. Parking passes are required. Eagle Point is a non-smoking resort including hallways, pool area and lobby. No pets allowed on the property or in the condominiums.

Very nice!

The interior of the condo is totally updated, nice paint, flooring, cabinetry, granite, appliances, etc. Completely upscale. Comfy bed and sleeper. Exterior is a bit dated, but who cares! The biggest surprise and best feature is the shuttle to Lionshead every 20 minutes. You don't need a car for your day of skiing. Might be nice if they ran it after hours, but we ate in every night anyway.

A handy Place To Stay

Communication with the owner was very prompt and informative. The resort, although a little old, provided everything you would need. Check in was a breeze and friendly. The unit was very cozy and spacious with a full kitchen. The resort has 2 hot tubs and a heated swimming pool. Ski lockers so you don't need to lug them to your room. A shuttle to/from Lionshead that runs all day until 9pm. The room is located on the first floor conveniently near the lift. Would recommend it.

The unit was updated and comfortable. Loved having the hot tub practically right outside the door. Shuttles worked perfectly and we really enjoyed our time in Vail!

Loving Eagle Point!

Accommodations were clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the staff went above and beyond with any requests that we had. Will return next year for sure! I loved it!

I am a mature professional that loves to ski, snowshoe, mountain bike and generally enjoy any outdoor activities. My family has enjoyed staying at Eagle Point each year since 2007, first as renters and as owners since 2009. We recently moved from Pennsylvania to Ogden Valley, UT, near Snowbasin and Powder Mountain.

Why they chose this property

Eagle Point is a very quiet, laid-back, family-oriented resort. Location is fantastic--close to Lions Head Village but in a quiet neighborhood offering opportunities for a quiet stroll along Gore Creek. Also easy access to Beaver Creek and shopping in West Vail. Staying here always feels like home, like "being a local" rather than a tourist.

What makes this property unique

Great amenities and location without the ridiculous prices demanded by properties in Vail Village/West Vail. If you're coming to Vail to ski (or board) and unwind, this is the place for you!
