Nestled in the hills directly above Playa Hermosa with amazing ocean views. Relax poolside, watch the rare tropical birdlife, howler monkeys, and sunsets. Enjoy our custom outdoor bar while mixing up your favorite drinks. Parrots fly while you prepare your meals in the beautiful kitchen. Enjoy sunsets from every room in the house. One Hermosa lane is truly a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a true Costa Rican experience. King size beds accommodate Each bedroom as well as AC units. Bathrooms are large and have plenty of counter space as well as huge showers. Each bedroom opens up to our huge outdoor living space as well as the gorgeous views. Bird watching is a favorite in the Hermosa Hills. We have a resident albino green parrot which is a magnificent bird. The whole house opens up for a true indoor-outdoor living experience. Close to great restaurants such as Cafe Colour, TP8 in Playa Hermosa. We invite you to come and enjoy a true Costa Rican vacation. We can provide guided trips to the Montezuma waterfalls, fishing, horseback riding, surf lessons, zip-lining, whale watching, trips to Cabo Blanco, Bird watching, you name it just ask.
The beach at Playa Hermosa is a Palm-lined white sand beach with extraordinary views and playful surf. Relax under a palm tree or collect shells and surf. Most amazing stay we could possibly ask for.

This is a perfect house with most amazing views and sunsets. The house is very private and located in an amazing neighborhood 15 minutes from all the beaches , restaurants and super market. The staff were on top of everything and the house was equipped with everything a family with 3 kids would need. Soraya is the main contact and she helped us with everything we needed including our rental car , our atv and recommendations of places to go. Janet is the caretaker/cleaner of the house and cleaned up the house on a daily basis and even babysat our kids. There is monkeys that come every morning to eat from the banana plants which our kids loved watching. We really enjoyed every minute of this house and landed up staying for 47 days. Highly recommend this House and staff and thank you for an amazing vacation.

Fantastic place!

The house is far away from Santa Teresa but it made this perfect to rest, espectacular view, nice and veryclean house, nice beds, the water pool magnific beside Janet, the houstess is the best, very kind, smart and hardworker, keep the house very very clean. Thanks

Beautiful! Pura Vida

One Hermosa was a beautiful casa! Great place with fantastic views and sunsets. Great amenities, everything we needed. Soraya was very helpful to us for finding the casa and responsive for any questions we had. Janet, the caretaker, did an excellent job. The road to the casa was quite challenging and would have been hard to find if not for the help of Soraya and staff leading us up the hill. Absolutely need a 4 wheel drive to get to Casa and around Santa Theresa. One suggestion would be more umbrellas or shade from the afternoon sun on the deck.

An oasis overlooking the Pacific

Wonderful stay for two couples. Wonderful property custodian Janet, friendly and prompt with question we asked. The view is breath-taking over the descending slope to the Pacific. Clean, and well set up property - loved the BBQ, kitchen setup, outdoor space, hammock, and pool

We are the Mcilroy's and the Kreck's. We designed and built this house for our family vacations. A place to create lasting memories. Both of our families are from California and we have been great friends for many years. We actually proposed to our wives here on the same day 14 years ago. We love this area so much we decided to build our dream vacation home.

We chose this property because we have been coming to this region for 20+ years. This property in particular sits high in the breezes with a great ocean view, we wanted to be in a private location yet close to all of our favorite spots.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor living in style. Floating ceiling and the open breezeway creates a feel like none other. Watching the sunsets or the storms is really fantastic. Wonderful bird watching . Great place to create lasting memories.
