This condominium is located in the center of town, a 5 minute walk to the beach ,close to all the supermarkets, restaurants and bars , boutiques and tour operators, surf shops and pharmacies.
This is a gated community, very well maintained , with a beautiful pool and grounds.
The bus terminal is close by as well.
All is within walking distance but should you choose to take a taxi.
The condo has a separate bedroom with its own AC , a little patio and a kitchen/dining and sitting area.
