Sophisticated and vibrant Villa Gemela B´, embodies the spirit of the Caribbean with a Italian touch. The villa is elegantly decorated and features private pool surrounded by the green of the beautiful plants caribbean, lounge chairs and dining area with a BBQ. 3 floor; first floor there is a large living room, beautiful kitchen with all the equipment for cooking and dining and a full bathroom but the feature of the whole house is the staircase that leads upstairs which is clad with Italian marble just like all first floor. The subsequent floors there are 3 bedrooms and each has a full private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances. Full-size fridge, and everything else you need for your perfect stay.

Of course, you have your flat screen SMART TV 48 Inches Samsung TV with cable and wireless high-speed Internet.

House Rules:

- Smoking isn’t allowed inside the Penthouse. Any demages caused by smoking will generate additional cleaning charges. You may smoke in any outside area. Smoke is allowed on the roof terrace.

- Use of drugs and illegal substances (incl. marijuana) is strictly forbidden in the Penthouse on property. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your stay (without any refunds) and the proper authorities will be notified.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Towel & linen laundry: In order to keep your electricity bill as low as possible and to help care for the environment, your towels and bed linen will only be washed once every 3 days. If you require us to wash more often than that, please note that there will be an additional charge of US$ 10.00 per towel/linen.

- Please don’t hang your laundry, towels or bathing suits on the balconies of the Penthouse.

- Parties & lound music: Remember that you have neighbors and that the area is generally nice and quiet. Your neighbors will appreciate that you keep it that way or otherwise inform your villa manager in the event that you’re planning any kind of party where loud music will be played so he/she may inform the neighbors.

- Isn’t permitted to take drinking glasses, cups, plates, etc. from the villa to the beach or anywhere else off the property. It’s not permitted to remove any furniture from the Villa to e.g. the beach of elsewhere off property.

- Use of air-conditioning and electricity: we kindly remind you that you’ll be paying separately for your electricity consumption (to be paid upon check-out) and therefore urge you to turn off the A/C, lights and all others electrical appliances in your room when you leave during the day.

- Please note that you may be charged for any damages to the Penthouse and/or its belongings or any missing items after your stay.
