I live in the US and this is my vacation home in Málaga, and now it can be your vacation home too!

The apartment is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the location. You can enjoy all the advantages of being right in the historic city center while at the same time being located in a very quiet street. It is a very spacious and bright apartment (80m2/900sqft-2bdrms/1bthrm). It features a modern style with comfort. My apartment is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There are weekly and monthly discounts available, for more information please do not hesitate to contact me because certain discounts cannot be reflected on the listing, but are available upon request!

Located in the Historical District of Málaga urbanism and architecture from different centuries mingle, as is to be expected in a living and constantly evolving city. What may most attract the visitor’s attention is the urban and architectural legacy from the nineteenth century, along with the assortment of churches, convents and palaces preferably from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. You can see in the pictures an old oven from the nineteenth century that was found during the building construction and that has been kept for display at the entrance of the building garage as tribute to the origins of this street.

There is a parking space available for one car and/or one scooter. As with any large city, transport options around Málaga are abundant.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

We were really very pleased with our two week stay at Eloisa's impeccable and spacious apartment. It was absolutely everything we could have asked for, very modern, fully equipped, and very nicely decorated. Eloisa had thought of every detail to make our stay more comfortable. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions and clearly showed her warmth and hospitality. From the apartment, we were able to walk to all the sights in the historic district, buy groceries and fresh vegetables and easily managed to get around by bus, train and subway to other points of interest and towns near by. We would love to come back to Malaga and would not hesitate to stay in such a lovely apartment again. We have stayed in other rental accommodation in other places and countries and Eloisa's is by far the best!!!! Miss it already and we only left a few hours ago.

Perfect base for everything and anything in Málaga!

My husband and I, and our 12-year-old son, needed a place to stay for several months in Malaga, and this apartment was an amazing find! The owner splits her time between the US and Spain, and has her sister and brother-in-law here in Málaga to help with anything we might need with the apartment. (they offer rides to the outskirts for a better price than a taxi too)

I am a neat-freak and when I walked into this spotless apartment I was thrilled. Pots, pans, glasses, dishes, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, great water pressure in the bathroom, comfortable beds, and we haven't spotted one ant or bug in the place. Cleaning materials are stocked under the sink, which makes keeping the place clean easy.

The location is probably the best part! A three-minute walk brings you to one grocery store, an eight-minute walk brings you to another. Five minutes brings you to either theater, any kind of restaurant or bar you could want, and a dozen places for Spanish lessons. 15-20 minutes and you're at the beach!

We are still currently here, but after a month in the apartment we wish we could stay longer. We will definitely miss this place when we are gone, and will rent it again when we come back to visit.
