Appalling stay AVOID AVOID AVOID like the plague. A totally honest deep review.

Where shall we start onlookers...? Positive's or negatives? Positive's : " I am trying my best here to find positive's " : Plenty of room nice size house Negatives : Lets be totally honest here....... : House riddled with bugs/ants in kitchen area and bedrooms ok if you like creepy crawlies i guess.... : Pool heat paid for but cold all the way through and blagged by owner as if we are stupid..No refund given. : Neighborhood beyond loud at night good luck sleeping : Sofa beyond worn out if you want to have a bad back sit on it for a hour watch a movie and then your done. : Beds beyond uncomfortable nobody slept for 3 weeks : Management company are owners kids they totally ignore you : If you have a attractive wife or partner expect the pool guy to be staring at her all day there instead of cleaning the pool properly. Added too much chlorine into pool and caused skin issues. : When you leave expect to loose deposit and be blamed for all faults already there when you got there. : Cost 7k to stay was not worth 2k really. : The property is at least a hour + drive to anywhere even in good traffic the roads are rammed which ever of the 4 routes you take. Unless you stay in doors your whole stay there expect to be exhausted by driving daily to get anywhere. : Gary & Helen are lovely until there is a issue To sum up this waste of 7k on the Barnes holiday home! Been coming to FLA multiple times a year since 92 this is the poorest villa to date!

Beautiful Villa, Lovely location. Some communication issues with property management!

This villa is absolutely beautiful and the location is ideal for all the attractions/food/shopping etc. The outside pool area is huge and perfect for relaxing and chilling. We really loved the hot-tub!! The games room is a real asset and very well done. If I had to be a critic about anything then I’d suggest updating some of the appliances and furniture but all worked perfectly fine so not a big deal. We had a minor issue with the aircon not working when we arrived and tried to direct our concerns to the property caretakers with no joy. We got no response to emails or phone calls over a couple of days which was disappointing. (Perhaps they were on holiday?) However, very pleased to say that we then reached out to the owners and the matter was quickly rectified with no further issues. I would highly recommend this villa and would defo book to stay there again. Thanks for having us!!

The villa had everything we needed and in a great location.Not overlooked at the rear.The quality of fixtures is fabulous and just felt like home from home.Would definately stay again and would recommend to everyone.Thanks Gary and Helan for such a pleasant stay in your villa

Villa in good location, very well kept, pool, spa and outdoor furniture, perfect. Helen very approachable and responsive. Could not fault anything. The villa has everything everybody needs.

We are based in the UK and have been married since 1982, we have two grown up daughters and are now proud grandparents of both 3 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. Gary is a retired Engineer and I am a homemaker having retired from a bank where I worked in risk and control.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a property that ticked all our boxes, on a good community, not overlooked, light and airy, large pool with spa that is not too far from the parks but also near to supermarkets and other amenities. A property that would be a good holiday home for both ourselves and our guests.

What makes this property unique

Whilst most people would have been happy with the villa as it was we drew up and have been carrying out a scheme of upgrades, starting with replacing the linens and cook/dinner ware, we then replaced the bedroom furniture in the master bedrooms, replacing and increasing the amount of patio furniture, replacing the fans in the bedrooms with thermostatic fan/lights, converting the garage to a bespoke air-conditioned games room, repainting the pool deck, installing mood lighting to the pool & spa and installing a pool side thermostatic shower and converting the pool to a saltwater pool replacing the existing lounge fan with a large remote controlled fan and with further upgrades planned.
