Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, and very close to Starbucks, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. Spacious suite ideal for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families and friends traveling together.

POOL ACCESS: Towels to be provided by the entrance to the pool on the first floor.

BEACH AMENITIES: As of February 11, 2023 // Free Towels, Free Shuttle Services, and Free Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas.
The total amount of chairs and umbrellas given will be 60 chairs and 30 umbrellas, first come first serve until they finished.

New Years vacation

We are a family of 6 people. 2 adults and 4 teens. The good: property location is great. The view from the balcony is top notch. We watched the fireworks on January 1 and it was great. The place is spacious, comfortable beds, close to beach and shops. The bad: the place needs a paint job and a deep clean for it to be 5/5 stars. The place is stocked with old pots/pans and old cooking utensils. The manager needs to go thru the kitchen and consider buying newer kitchen items( no pizza cutter). The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It’s moldy and dirty inside and is falling out. I contacted the manager during the stay in order to Adress the dishwasher and she got back to me days later stating VRBO message never came thru. I requested a refund for the dirty, moldy dishwasher as we washed everything by hand for the week and i was told she would check with the owner but after several attempts to contact the manager she never returned my emails. During our check in we had to return to the front desk 3 times as our keys were not programmed correctly. There is only 1 elevator and during a busy holiday season is a big problem of constantly waiting for it. There is only valet parking and if you go food shopping with your rental car good luck parking/stopping for 10 minutes in the front of the resort without being hassled by valet guys. The pool is small and not enough seats for residents so get down to the pool early and save spots. Can’t swim in the evening. The gym closes too early.

Great view!

The unit was very spacious, needs a few wear and tear upgrades but bed were very comfortable. The view is spectacular. The parking garage was a bit tedious but we loved that the elevator is not used by hotel side. Bianca was very responsive and was a great host.

Great place to stay!

Everything was great. Views and balcony were amazing. Only bad thing to say is we got there early couldn't use the pool untill check in time (4pm). But there's a great little beach bar across the street with a free shuttle where we hung out untill 4

Apartment Review

The apartment was large and bright. The bedrooms were roomy and could accommodate 2 people each easily. The condition of the apartment was a little well loved and need some minor tlc (sprinkler caps missing, small holes in wall, floorboards separating, bathroom fixtures falling off) but did not affect our stay. There were small housekeeping tasks we had to do when we arrived (kitchen floor needed to be swept, make beds as top sheets were missing) but once complete we were able to enjoy our stay.
