The 2 bed 2 bath apartment with private pool offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the stunning outside facilities of a villa with the costs of an apartment.

From the huge terrace and Weber BBQ to the chill out bed at the edge of your private 8 m x 4 m pool or the large 6 plus seater dining area under a pergola you will really will have the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a large shower area.

Both bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned and both the lounge and master bedroom have flat screen TV’s with internet TV with loads of UK channels.

The villa offers all of the modern facilities that you need for an amazing trip to Spain including luxury living spaces, free fibre Wi-Fi, internet TV and a well-designed kitchen with high end appliances. With comfortable, elegant bedrooms and well-appointed bathrooms, you can venture outside to the large outdoor terrace with a beautiful heated private pool (heating available at supplemental cost). There are 3 accommodation options to choose from. ONLY ONE OPTION RENTED OUT AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you choose to holiday in the apartment or villa alone, you will be the only guests on site and will have exclusive use of the private pool, BBQ and terrace areas. Please note we do NOT take individual bookings of the apartment and villa at the same time to maintain the exclusivity and privacy of all our guests.

The options we offer for your holiday are all here under a combined listing:

Option 1) Rent just the private 2 bed, 2 bath apartment level with exclusive use of the private pool.

Option 2) Rent just the private villa level with 4 beds, 2 baths with exclusive use of the private pool.

Option 3) Rent both the apartment + villa levels to have 6 beds, 4 baths with exclusive use of the private pool.

If you are looking for a luxury apartment to sleep 4, you can rent the self-contained 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

2) The Villa Level Only Option

If you want to rent the villa on the upper floors it will sleep up to 8 people with 2 bathrooms plus a cloakroom.

3) The Complete Villa including the Apartment

The complete villa will sleep up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms which includes the self-contained 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the lower ground floor overlooking the private pool – this option is ideal for families or friends holidaying together.

The property has a private heated pool making it an ideal way to combine your winter golfing break. Heating of the pool is an additional supplement at £95 per week.

The villa has everything a modern family could ask for and as we also use the property a great deal we take a close interest in ensuring all guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible. In addition to a helpful property management company we are also happy to hear from any guests wanting more info or questions answered.

This villa is so much more than your standard holiday property, it is a beautiful home from home and benefits from those extra home comforts that you won’t often see in a holiday villa.

The villa is entered from the street level and includes the main level plus upper level which is home to the main bedroom, en-suite and upper terrace area. The apartment is entered via a separate gated entrance to the side of the villa and steps down to the apartment front door. The terrace areas can be shared when the complete villa is rented or if being rented alone, the apartment guests benefit from all areas from the bottom of the stairs and surrounding the pool and apartment itself.

The villa has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with super king bed and ample space for a travel cot and en-suite bathroom with power shower. The other bedrooms are on the main level and include a double bedroom with king size bed, larger twin bedroom (suitable for adults sharing) with ample storage space (wardrobe and shelves) and wall-mounted flat screen TV and chair. The smaller twin bedroom is ideal for children sharing. In the hallway off the double bedroom there is wardrobe and storage space. There is also an additional cloakroom on the main villa level. There is internet wifi access for the Internet TV and general access (Good speeds too! 34 megabytes down , 30 up)

In addition to luxury mod-cons and appliances there is also a large Brabantia wall-mounted drying rack for drying towels and clothes, small range of children’s books and toys to keep the little ones happy, ample clothes storage and top of the range Smart TVs and plasmas.

For families with very small children there is also a wall-mounted baby gate blocking access to the stairs leading up to the master bedroom to ensure safety of little ones around the marble stairs.

The complete villa is the ideal place to spend time and you will find you can enjoy different parts of the villa including the following; There is a stunning top terrace with outside furniture to seat 5 people with a fold out sun umbrella, you can enjoy far-reaching views down across to the sea and even as far as Gibraltar on a clear day. There are also two sun-loungers on the top terrace for ultimate private sun-bathing. On the main villa level there is a covered terrace with outside sofas to seat 4 people, perfect for enjoying an evening drink or breakfast. There is also a secluded outside dining area with Moorish style outside table and seating for 4 people located off the villa lounge with easy access to the kitchen through the villa and surrounded by plants and sapling orange/lemon trees. On the lower level around the apartment there is a large glass dining table with seating for 6 people next to the Weber BBQ as well as a fantastic round chill-out bed with umbrella overlooking the pool and multiple sunloungers. So many options make this villa truly special and unique.

The self-contained apartment is on the lower ground floor overlooking the pool and has a good size master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite and a twin bedroom and second bathroom. There is IPTV (internet TV) allowing you to watch many of your favourite TV shows from back home and dining seating for 4.

The property has been furnished to very high standards & has everything you could hope for from a holiday property. We rely heavily on word of mouth recommendations and regularly get around 50% repeat guests returning year after year and are often booked up approx. 1 year in advance.

We lived in Spain for 10 years before returning home to West Sussex with our young family for work relocation. We really love our house in Spain and miss it so much, especially the swimming pool and numerous terraces, we try and return as often as possible as all of us love spending time there, swimming and relaxing on the chill out bed with BBQ's in the evening.

With our highly flexible luxury accommodation you can rent just the 2 bedroom apartment level which sleeps 4 , the 4 bedroom villa level for up to 8 guests or why not take advantage of the whole property for up to 12 guests. With its stunning heated private pool and great location just 2 minutes walk from shops, bars and quality restaurants but in a very quiet cul de sac with just 4 villas it really is a peaceful and relaxing retreat. With the welcoming sandy beach just 4 minutes by car and beautiful Marbella just 15 minutes drive and with an incredible 30 plus golf courses on the Costa del Sol you're close to everything you need for a memorable holiday.

Prior to arriving to this stunning property, I would like to say that I wish that all transactions and communications with property owners were as easy and pleasant as the experience We have received from Alana and the property managing agent.

I stayed at this property with my fiancée and 2 year old Autistic son. Alana took a lot of time making sure that all of our questions (however major or trivial they may have seemed) and requests were taken care of. We were greeted at the property by Pete (one of the managing agents) who welcomed us warmly and showed us around the villa, making sure that we were completely familiar with all of the lights, air-con, TV's, sound systems, BBQ ect ect ect. Also we were told if we had any questions, problems or anything then just get in touch with Pete. We had zero problems but it was nice to know.

There was a helpful guide for the villa which covers everything at the property plus info regarding local places of interest, beeches and supermarkets.

I have visited Calahona since 1989 and can say that this is located in the absolute perfect position. Private no through road, Gated property situated 2 minutes walk from some fantastic bars and shops, did I mention how quiet it was. Absolute peace and quiet, only the sound of crickets and birds. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace off of the master bedroom in the villa, with some of the best sunsets you could imagine. The swimming pool area was were we spent most of our days, with nobody able to look in on you, it is privacy at its best.

The famous Cabopino Beach is a short walk or drive away but you are spoilt for choice with places to visit whilst here.

I honestly could go on and on. If you are stuck between this and another villa I would choose this everytime.

We enjoyed our time here so much that we have submitted dates for a 3 week stay next time.

A great apartment in a peaceful location

A fantastic apartment with excellent facilities. The description is accurate and comprehensive, whilst the photos give a good feel of the property. However, seeing is believing and our kids thought it was "awesome". The apartment was clean, well maintained and stocked with good quality linen, towels, kitchen appliances and an extensive range of utensils and crockery etc. The outdoor area is amazing - a large dining table, sunbeds and a chill-out bed. The Weber gas BBQ is big and a bonus for those enjoying outdoor cooking.

The owners were available when needed and provided us with information regarding the local areas. Although they live upstairs, they respect your privacy at all times.

Car hire is not essential, but is great for visiting local beaches and nearby Marbella. There are also several large supermarkets close by, but a long, hot walk away without a car.

In summary, a perfect place for those wanting luxurious holiday accomodation, a private pool and secluded garden area in a central location close to Marbella and Malaga.

Amazing villa with genuine home from home feeling.

The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It had a home from home feeling with attention to detail. Every effort was made to make us feel comfortable and well informed of local amenities. We will definitely return. Our best holiday to date 10/10.

Luxury Villa with splendid pool and facilities!

Property and management services made it an easy decision to book this again next summer on our return from a relaxing holiday. The villa is beautifully furnished, clean with all mod cons. Situated near some very nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property.

Calahonda Apartment

We have just had a brilliant two and half weeks at the apartment. The apartment itself, is furnished to high standard with possibly the best bed we have had while staying on a self catering holiday. Having your own heated pool has been fantastic and our one year old loved it, we took him swimming everyday, even the days that there was no sunshine, and with the outside paved area it was great for him to practice his walking, Its pretty close to most things that you will need, the beach is a good ten minute walk away and their is a big supermarket about five minutes walk though it's up hill coming back so don't go too mad with the shopping. Communication with Mike was also of a high standard, any problems were fixed straight away and he was always a text or phone call away. for example we were the first couple to stay with a small baby and he went out and bought, high chair & travel cot, brilliant effort. We are hoping to come back in September or october, that pretty much says it al!!!

Amazing apartment

We hadn't stayed in a private holiday apartment for many years and to be honest although all the photos looked very nice both of us were a little bit nervous. We shouldn't have been though as this property is simply fantastic, the pictures are totally accurate and the location is so very quiet. We had a fabulous holiday and will recommend the apartment to our friends and family.

Calahonda is a central location on the Costa del Sol situated 30 mins drive west of Malaga airport & is in between Fuengirola & Marbella.

The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac within a couple mins walk of "the strip" where you'll find various restaurants, bars and a mini supermarket close to the bottom of Calahonda.

It is quite simple to get from the airport to The Apartment along the N340 coastal road & the A7 motorway (direction Algeciras/Marbella) We can talk anyone through the directions if needed.

The local area attracts many tourists year after year and is perfectly suited for families, golfing holidays, relaxing breaks away as well as activity holidays along the coast (kids park nearby) as well as inland and offers something for everyone.

Being near to the N-340 coastal road means it is easy to reach other local sights and towns very quickly and easily and there is also a motorway exit for Calahonda making it easy to get to the airport.

A car hire is advisable, we can arrange a transfer to & from the airport for 50 euros each way if needed.
