Superb new building of apartments located in the central Plaza de Ca Les Munnares in Pollensa. These apartments were designed with high quality materials, teak joinery, double glazing, wooden flooring, bathroom and kitchen stoneware premium, reinforced entrance door, air-conditioning and propane gas heating among other features. They have two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and one fully fitted bathroom. Open kitchen to a large lounge with big glass sliding windows. With a practical furnished terrace . There is a complete laundry room and parking on the ground floor.

Pollensa: The northern most spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollensa. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a flew kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. This town, in the shadow of the Puig de Maria and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas amongst which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the Summer tourists in the cooler months.

Notes on accommodation: The kitchen is endowed with the necessary utensils for cooking to be quick and convenient. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In each apartment you will find tools such as the ironing board, iron, hair dryer 2000W, and hangers. The apartments have air-conditioning and heating units, and the added extra benefit of centrally heated radiators, making them ideal for stays all year round.

Accessibiliy: The building has excellent accessibility from the parking area and main entrance to the different apartments through a modern lift, which stops right outside the apartment’s entry door. The apartments have a separate ground level storage room that is suitable for buggy and bike storage.

The apartment is very similar to the other two in terms of decoration and layout, with the exception of the terrace, that is located on the first floor as the apartment.

It has a living room with dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds.

The terrace is fully furnished and overlooking the old town of Pollensa.

A fantastic apartment in an excellent location!

I stayed in this apartment with my 66 year old mother and 7 year old daughter. It was on the first floor and had both lift and stair access. The building is very well maintained, as is the apartment which is clean, modern and light and had all the facilities we needed.

The location was fantastic, being a 2 minute walk to the main square and with the addition of underground parking - small cars only as it is a tight squeeze getting into and out of the car park - meant I didn't have to drive around looking for a space.

The owner of the property is helpful, kind and courteous and answered all correspondence quickly. He met us on arrival at the time of our choice - a Sunday afternoon - and took the time to show us how everything worked.

The only reason that I didn't give this apartment a 5 star rating was the lack of water pressure throughout. The flow of water in the shower was very light and it took an age to fill the kettle, sink and bath but this is easily rectified and would not deter me from going back. It was something we simply dealt with.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Pollensa.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Pollensa. All facilities provided to make for a very comfortable stay. All amenities within walking distance, fantastic Sunday market. Our flight was delayed by three hours which meant we turned up in the early hours of Sunday. This did not deter Rafel who met us and showed us around the apartment and explained about the island and the town of Pollenca, the best places to eat and sights to see. He made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble.

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment v close to centre of town

We stayed at this apartment (family of 4 with 2 children aged 7&9) for 10 days in August 2013. Lovely place, all the essentials needed. Rafael was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend this as an excellent base to explore this part of the lovely island.

Very nice accomodation in centre of Pollenca.

The accomodation met our expectations entirely. The apartment is very well appointed with everything we required for our stay. The apartment is located very close to the main square in Pollensa but it is also quiet and peaceful.

The use of the basement car park is good, expecially on Market days but the car park is quite tight to manoeuvre in (especially if you have a large car). The owner was very welcoming on arrival.

Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

A happy week being in the "Blue"

Booked the "Blue Apartment" for a week in August for two adults and two children (aged 7 and 10 - do I really need to mention I'm 40?!). Fantastic location just off the main square in Old Pollensa. Have stayed in the Port in Pollensa before but preferred the atmosphere of the old town in the evening. Hired a car, so trips to the beach were easy. There is underground parking included in the rental but the space is tight. The weather was very hot during our stay but the apartment had excellent air conditioning and it was good to come home to relax on the comfy couch with a glass of wine -there is a small terrace with a dining table & chairs that looks out towards the mountains if you wanted to drink your wine outdoors! There is a small supermarket close by and a bakery just outside the front door and the apartment if very well equipped if you wanted to dine at home but the local cafes and restaurants were too much of a draw for us. I'd recommend some homemake almond icecream at the local bar if you can get your hands on some. Overall our experience was a very pleasant one and our booking was handled with great care and efficiency. Would love to go back. Who knows, we might get to experience a different colour next time.

comfortable apartment in the city

We stayed for 1 week in the apartment and had a good time.

The place is in the center of the city whit all the needs around the corner, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and so on.

Also the private parking is splendid, but take no big car!

The apartment is well equiped en modern.

The balcony has a little view but is cosy.

It was our second time in Pollenca and we like the town, its not to touristic but very living in the evening.

The owner is helpfull en personly welcomes you.

Pollensa is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. Pollensa itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-backed walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It is also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - cafe life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Placa Major, where there are many cafe-bars and fine restaurants. Pollensa also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and town museum. The most famous walk in Pollensa is up the 365 steps of the tree lined 'Calvario' - the Calvario Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea.

Golf: One mile to Pollensa’s Golf Course. It opened in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2000. The greens are kept in perfect condition. There are two lakes and lots of native vegetation, especially trees, olive trees and pines. Pollensa Golf Club offers a host of activities and services, including a driving range with putting green and launch area, a golf school with professional golf lessons. The course has nine holes, medium difficulty, and is ideal for all players. The other near by golf course is the Alcanada Golf Club, which is seven miles away. It opened in 2003, and was designed by Robert the sea.Trent Jones Junior. The highlight of the design of the course are the views of the bay of Alcudia. Alcanada Golf Club is the only golf course in Mallorca which is next to the sea
