We at 12/3 Upper Lake Road Nuwara Eliya, are located within a walking distance from downtown Nuwara Eliya, the Gregory Lake, the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, and located in the most comfortable and exclusive area of the city of Nuwara Eliya.
The apartment which is the top floor of our home offers three cozy fully carpeted bedrooms, has wooden flooring in the corridor, living & dinning room & a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals.
This listing is for booking the entire apartment which includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms equipped with hot and cold water, living room, dinning room and kitchen.
Guests would have full access to the entire apartment including the kitchen dinning room and living areas, so please feel free to bring what you like to cook for yourselves. However we deeply appreciate that guests in our home maintain a clean living space and kitchen before they leave.
We sincerely appreciate that guests do not wear any footwear indoors, unless the footwear worn is not worn outdoors, as we would like all who visit have a clean floor.
Please do not smoke indoors, but please step outside if you'd like to smoke.
You can make use of our washer and dryer for your laundry while at our home for an extra fee.
I will be available during the entire length of your stay, as I live downstairs.
