Private vacation house that's close to the beach, shopping, parks. Single family home with a large driveway, large kitchen, new TV, comfortable beds and hosts that live just a few miles away.

The house is comfortable and private. It's set back from the street with hedges and a screened-in porch. The decor is simple and uncluttered so you have plenty of room to move around. The beds are sturdy and comfortable. 1100 square feet, 100 square meters.

The kitchen is large with plenty of counter space. The cabinetry is a little dated (as are the tiles, etc.) but it's clean and stocked with essentials--silverware, plates/bowls, pots and pans. Appliances are clean and functional. The washer and dryer are right in the kitchen itself.

There is an outdoor patio with an avocado and mango tree, along with several coconut palms. Otherwise the outside space has a few rough edges and is a work-in-progress. I am currently landscaping but won't intrude on your visit without arranging with you first. Just purchased a small, table-top charcoal grill (Weber).

Fishing poles and tackle (basic stuff) available upon request. Also available: small surfboard, tennis rackets (plenty of courts nearby), snorkels, masks, fins (basic stuff here too, and obviously can't guarantee sizes, but surely some of it will be useable so you don't have to buy everything), board games, etc.

I think this property is a great value. It's private, has easy parking, plenty of space to move around in--especially the kitchen. It's close to the beach, stores, major roads, etc.

Our stay in Pompano

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was clean and the owner was exceptional. We asked for a barbecue and he took us a brand new one. He also keep in touch via text to see if we needed anything and if everything was ok. The aria was a safe and friendly Neighbourhood two miles from the beach. Biking is nearby going around a golf course and the airport which we did every morning its 4 plus miles around and one is not biking on the road except to get there which was not more than two blocks away. The owner is fixing the yard and this will be an added asset to the property when finished.

Nice cozy house good location

We stayed there for 1 week, Nice cozy house, good location, shops and restaurants are mot far away. Good place to visit fort lauderdale or Miami. Owner answers promptlyv to questions.

Reasonably priced and clean. Owner very helpful. Kid friendly.

This home is conveniently located is residential area. It's a bit worn but clean and has potential. The owner was very responsive, helpful and working to update the home. Included internet, cable and netflix which helps with kids. Laundry and full kitchen was a big help. 10 minute drive to the public beaches and close to parks and many shops and restaurants.
