This very large and beautiful apartment is in a valley overlooking the Europe's first Crystal Lagoon.

Home to the first ever crystal clear lagoon in Europe, the lagoon comprises of 1.4 hectares of pristine blue water and sandy beaches. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, and exotic gardens, it is a paradise for numerous water sports, such as paddle surfing, canoeing, sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing, etc. Alcazaba Lagoon offers almost all the unpowered water sports in a safe setting for your enjoyment. It is for the exclusive use of the Alcazaba Lagoon owners and guests.

Built in a contemporary Mediterranean style in Casares, a privileged zone on the Costa del Sol, the development has two enclosed swimming pool areas surrounded by beautifully maintained exotic gardens. This beautiful development has an eye catching design of white modern lines and gentle outlines.

Watch the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains in a beautiful setting that will take your breath away.

The apartment takes the whole top floor of the building and is over 150 sq. meters and recently decorated . The large living room and dinning area walk onto massive windows to the 2 private terraces.

It has two very private fully decorated large terraces, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. It has loungers, sofas, umbrellas and a dinning area for 6 people outside.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom and 2 which shate 1 large bathroom, and sleeps 6 adults. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and the 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds.

The kitchen which is fully equipped and brand new, with high end appliances.

It is close to the sea and mountains,and ideal for a large family or group on a relaxing break and great for nature lovers.

Included in our weekly packages:

Sheets towels and linens are included, as well as beach towels.

Weekly housekeeping is included in stays over 11 nights.

We can also offer daily housekeeping should you require.

Our guests will receive a welcome basket with breakfast, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps and toilet paper are provided.

There are also cots available and high chairs for infants.

There are lifts to go straight up to the apartment.

There is plenty of parking outside.

Perfektes Penthouse Appartement für gehobene Ansprüche

Super ausgestattetes Appartement , ein Traum ist die riesengroße Dachterrasse.

Alles sauber und in tollem Zustand. Super Aussicht bis zum Meer. Ein Lob auch an Tania, ist total freundlich auch bei nachfragen sehr verbindlich und nett. Wir haben sogar ein Begrüßungs lunch Paket bekommen. Und zu guter letzt die Lagune, mehr geht einfach nicht. Auch hier wird nicht gespart, selbst als wir nur zu viert in der Lagune waren, haben 4 Bademeister auf uns geachtet. Es ist immer viel Platz vorhanden und es sind nicht viele Leute da. Man hat also wirklich die Möglichkeit in Ruhe zu entspannen .

Kleiner Tipp: die Mojitos an der Lagune sind so lecker 😃

Only 3 kilometers from the A7 coastal road, Alcazaba Lagoon lies within the bounds of the village of Casares, a “white village”, known for the beauty of its cliffs and wildlife, walking routes, and with the best coves for swimming, fishing and scuba diving.

Very close to 2 golf courses, the 5* Finca Cortesin Hotel & Golf Resort, one of the best courses in Europe and home of the Volvo masters, and Estepona Golf, which is within walking distance.

The nearest beach is 3 kilometers away as well as 2 large supermarkets (only a 5 minute drive).

We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes by car

The Costa del Sol enjoys one of Europe’s particularly special ecosystems. Not only does it have an exceptional number of sunny days, it is also protected from the winter winds by a chain of mountains, and has a milder climate in the summer.

Only 5 kilometers away is Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The streets are decorated with lovely potted geraniums and there are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars.

It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do. There is a lovely port which has a Sunday Market and many restaurants.

There are 300 days of sunshine per year, a lot of golf courses nearby. Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 5 minutes away, and many different beaches and resorts.

From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and the Alhambra in Granada.

There are 2 ports nearby Estepona Port and Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants.

From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Sevilla.

Also not to be missed is the beautiful old Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive.

We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Tarifa is a beautiful historical Morish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.
