One cannot fail to be impressed by this magnificent family palace built in an elevated position and presenting panoramic sea and mountain views. The impressive ornate entrance with automatic garage door opens into the secure underground garage. A lift from the garage takes you to the living area level. The front door opens into a large open hallway which leads you into the extremely large 50m2 salon with dining area, open fireplace, recessed spot lighting, TV, patio doors leading to sun terrace and entrance to large fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen opens into a utility room which has a door leading to the garden. On this floor are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), a guest bathroom and a separate shower room. The spiral staircase leads up to a bedroom (2with 2 single and 1 double bed) which in turn leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a patio door to a sun terrace. One level under the main villa (at pool level) is a a separate guest house with 2 double bedrooms. Outside there are four terraced garden areas with mature plants and trees, a good sized swimming pool. The things meant to increase your comfort include: tasteful décor, marble floors throughout, integrated hot/cold A/C in all rooms including the guest house, irrigation system and alarm, large heated swimming pool and fibre optic Internet and TV installation.

The villa is at 200m from 2 restaurants, a minimarket and a bar, just 500 metres walk to the nearest beach, also 500m walk to a street full of restaurants, 1km walk to El Chaparral Golf Club, and just a 20 minute walk into La Cala - a local fishing village nestling in a bay with pretty sandy beaches, shops, bars and a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes.

Exceptional experience!

Thank you for making this whole stay so smooth and pleasant! From the first contact to the actual stay in Villa it was an exceptional experience. Our family (12 people) had a wonderful week - with the perfect view in a beautiful house and (in late March maybe one of the most important things) a perfectly heated pool. We enjoyed our time a lot and would love to come back again!

Fab property, very spacious and clean, owner and colleagues very helpful. Would highly recommend

The property is a great size we had 3 families of 4 and we're really happy with everything. The kids loved the pool and it was a good size. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We didn't hire a car as were there for a week and just got a taxi to the larger supermarket to stock up on food. Taxis offered a great service and would pick up in minutes. There is a supermarket and a few bars in walking distance and feungirola is just a short taxi ride away with a great beach and shops and restaurants. The owner and his colleague Geraldine made us very welcome and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay, which we most certainly did

Although we recommend using a car, we see indeed more and more guests using taxi and/ or public transport which seems to work out well for them. Indeed public transport and taxis are well organised at the Costa and relatively cheap.

Best Villa in Marbella!

We had a very nice stay at the Villa Monte ... the arrival from the airport was not so far and the villa is idyllic with a fantastic view to the mountains and the sea ... the distance to the beach is in 10 minutes walk very good To cope ... also the connections are good and shopping possibilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity ... we were 12 persons and had a great room division, with the large number of baths we got along well ... the stay possibilities are very good ... we could all sit together together and relax - on the terrace and also in the living room ... the food in the large group was not a problem, it has many seating areas whether in the house or outside, also the grille corner Invites you to a cozy evening ... the kitchen is very large and has all the necessary appliances and utensils ... all bedrooms are very spacious and nicely furnished, The beds comfortable ... the outside area with the large pool, which was heated up to a very pleasant temperature, is pure luxury ... also the sufficiently furnished couches, invite to relax ... the view is unique and with its Lovely design and planting just fantastic ... we had a great week in a very nice ambience and can recommend it to everyone ... the landlord was very open and friendly and always around our well endeavor ... we will definitely the Villa to rent again ...

A Very Happy Christmas

Our family are spread throughout main land Europe and the UK and met up at the 'Palace' for Christmas.

The property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A welcome pack of essentials (includindg wine!) was very much appreciated.

Wilrik ,the owner, was available, friendly and very helpful from our initial enquiry all the way through to departure.

The equipment and furniture are all of excellent quality and the heated pool was a real luxury.

I can fully recommend this super property.

Wonderful Villa Monte!

A great house with room for a big community and large enough for everyone to "be themselves". Beautiful view and in a nice area with walking distance to the water and interesting tourist attractions.

We all thought that the standard was very very high. Also meet and greet was a pleasure and a warm and informing welcome to the Villa Monte. We hope to be back in Villa Monte some day!
