Great location, helpful staff

The unit was located very close to Old Town and Bixi bike rental stations. The Sonder staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The unit itself was clean and full of bath products and some kitchen necessities. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this VRBO.

Sonder (the management company) was very responsive to our booking request and confirmed our rental request within minutes. The condo was exactly as advertised....very clean and had all the necessities required. It is very well located and within walking distance around Old Montreal- which we loved. The only negative was the lack of parking that usually comes when we rent a condo...we had to keep renewing the meter for the on-street parking or move our car from the public parking lot across the street by 6:00am each morning.. However, Sonder made us aware of the parking details at the time of our booking so this was not a surprise. Overall, we enjoyed the condo very much and would definitely rent here again..

Perfect location to explore Montreal with small kid(s)

This VRBO was perfect. It's located less than 0.25 miles from a metro stop and an easy walk into old town. There are tons of good coffee shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Getting here from the airport was a breeze (747 express bus and then four metro stops). The metro stop was highly convenient, allowing us to explore Mount Royale, Jean Talon and all the other parts of the city. We were also only two metro stops from the train station, which we took to go see the famous train museum on the outskirts of town. In fact, we never brought along a car seat - public transportation was more than adequate.

The apartment is modern as the building appears to have just been built but perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. One of the rooms had a big enough closet for us to put the pack and play in there (which was nicely provided at a small fee), making it a dark space for sleeping; you could actually have put in more people into the 2 bedroom apartment. The laundry unit in the apartment was also very helpful. TV and WIFI worked perfectly, as did all of the kitchen appliance. This was a much better way to stay in Montreal and see the town than a hotel, which would have been hard with a little kid. Additionally, while there is construction nearby, we never heard it and felt very safe (both the neighborhood and the key entry system to the building). The only downside was the super market, which was a 20 minute walk away. That was really only an issue for the first night as we then went to the big open markets afterwards. Finally, the managing company was extremely nice and communicative - they answered our booking request promptly and made sure to track our arrival such that someone would be there to greet us when we arrived.
