My name is Filios (meaning friendly in Greek),
I have always been active in life with sports (rowing, kayaking, kitesurfing, surfing etc.) and loved exploring my potentials. If you are looking to practice or learn a sport in Cyprus, i will be happy to provide the necessary details.
During my studies in Greece / Marketing i worked as a bicycle tour guide for tourists which i really loved doing. We also did a lot of team building games & treasure hunts.
With my arrival to Cyprus i operated a kitesurf, surf, school with a repair centre for kites! It was pleasing to inform people visiting the island where they could enjoy amazing food, local fruits, activities, sceneries and above all how to get the most out of Cyprus! This is what i love doing whilst visiting many countries around the world.
All the above broaden my horizons into becoming a fixer for a variety of situations.
Currently i work on new projects with my latest being to create the first real life escape room business on the island, children's entertainment service!
My passion is to give back to this island what it gave & colors.

Why they chose this property
The place is situated 635 metres (according to google) and 5 minutes walk (according to walke) from the beach. There you can enjoy the water, an ice cold beer & a snack at a restaurant situated next to the beach.
Prior to arriving at the beach you have the office of CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organisation) that can provide information on what to do in Cyprus but if you are looking for uniqueness, ask me!
At the same location you can rent a bicycle and following the bicycle lane towards the city center (15 minutes approx.) will be an awesome morning ride.
Also there is a bus stop that takes you to the center or elsewhere.
The neighborhood is super quiet with a lot of families around.
There are nice places to eat around, drink, big supermarkets, coffee places!
Easy access to the highway to visit other cities.
I could also give you a cool box so that you can throw in your beers, water, fruits (i can tell you where to get the delicious ones), sandwiches and head towards wonderful areas of the island. To do this you will need a car indeed but it is worth it 100%.
For the young and restless ones just have in mind that the place is 10 minutes walk from the tourist area.
