Lovely stay in a lovely home

We booked Armando's home for our Williamsburg trip which was mainly to visit Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We arrived late evening after a long journey from the UK to a well lit drive and house making it simple to find. The house was pristine with thoughtful touches such as plug sockets with USB ports, nightlights, bluetooth speakers in the house, shampoo, conditioner and showergel dispensers in both bathrooms, several umbrellas. The kitchen has everything you'd need. We didn't cook but did eat breakfast there most days and the occasional take away. The front deck is nice to sit out although it does face the road but it is well set back on a big plot. The surrounding area is lovely and green, as is Williamsburg. Our "commute" to the parks took no more than 20 mins and a very pleasant drive with little traffic. Colonial Williamsburg was much closer. Facilities/shopping - there is a supermarket just down the road along with a diner (Five Forks) which is good for breakfast, plus some other shops Familiar restaurants and takeaways are a short drive away. The Premium Outlets is also reasonably close. We would be very happy to stay here again.

History Tour

This property was one of our better experiences. It was clean, modern amenities, great location and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were centrally located within 20-25 minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Quiet road less than 5 minutes from shopping. Plenty of dining options within 5 miles.

Great place

Great place, great location, very clean and well decorated. Host was great and let us check in a little early as we arrived on Thanksgiving day and had a meal to cook. We went to visit our son who is stationed in Yorktown and he joined us along with some of his fellow coasties. Felt very safe, colonial Williamsburg is only 10 minutes away. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away if you need anything. Would highly recommend!

30th anniversary trip

Had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and located 10 minutes from the attractions. Our Host was fantastic. Would go again in the future. Highly recommend.

After a long day of touring local attractions or visiting loved ones, enjoy a refuge where you can rock on the front porch, cook a simple dinner, watch a movie, and get a great night's sleep to be ready for another day of exciting history and entertainment. Shopping amenities (grocery store, Starbucks, drug store, take out, gas station) within a couple of blocks. Private house all to yourself, and ample parking.
