About the property

The Space

Our beautiful apartment feels like a small home. The remodeled living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept and perfect for hosting a meal or spending time with friends. The large, comfortable, sectional couch in the living room makes it a great entertaining space for modest groups. The living room area has a beautiful Panasonic Plasma TV with Netflix and Hulu available via Roku. The dining room table is perfect for a couple but can accommodate groups as large as 10. The remodeled bathroom is outfitted with a large standard soaking tub.

Interaction with Guests

We live on-site and can be easily reached during your stay. We want you to have an amazing trip and we want to accommodate your needs so you can be comfortable while staying with us. Please reach out to us if there is anything that we can help you with.

Other Things to Note

The kitchen can be made kosher upon request (we have dishes, silverware, pots and pans that are stored separately to accommodate the needs of our kosher keeping guests). Our dishwasher and other appliances can be kashered before you arrive for your convenience. Please consult with us and/or your Rabbi if you have any questions regarding the kosher amenities.

Our housekeeper, who is familiar with the unit, may be able to clean during your stay if desired. She charges $100 to clean the apartment. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would like to have the apartment cleaned during your stay so we can make sure our housekeeper is available. Please also let us know if you have specific requests for the housekeeper (laundry, change sheets, etc.).
