The building is superbly situated in the centre of the village close to all amenities including great places to walk, a thriving fishing harbour, yacht club, Deer Park public golf club, restaurants, bars and public transport including the DART train service taking you directly into Dublin city, so no need for a car. However, if you decide to have a car there are two underground parking spaces available which at peak season is a great advantage as there are a lot of tourists and limited parking. The apartment is the front ground floor left section of the building overlooking the harbor. While the building is situated centrally it is a quiet, secure & tranquil place where you can enjoy life passing by without any noise or fuss. In the summer & spring time you can enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio which is south facing .The furnishings and decor are a quality that you would not typically find in a holiday rental with artworks and antiques akin to a 5 star hotel. The main living room is a very generous sized room with Feature high ceilings and oversized windows and has a separate dinning area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a generous sized with a double bed and is next to the main bathroom. There is a separate kitchen that is well equipped with high spec fittings. All bed linens and towels are supplied and are of 5 star quality. The apartment exudes warmth and hospitality of the owners who are on hand in Howth to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay.

Can’t fault this property

A fab apartment with everything you need in beautiful Howth. A minute away from the DART station so easy access to coast and city. We all loved it. Anne and Pat very helpful meeting us at property and recommending places to eat etc. Thank you for a great few days

An Amazing Apartment

First of all a big thank you to Anne and Pat for the use of their amazing apartment. Pat was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment answering any questions we had. When we walked through the doors it was just a wow, yes we had seen all of the pictures,which were a very accurate reflection of the decor but it also had a super warm and welcoming feel. Just what we needed on a wet and windy day. That warm and welcoming feel was there throughout our stay. The location was ideal only a couple of minutes walk to the DART which we used to go into Dublin and beyond. Absolutely ideal to be able to go into Dublin and then easily return to the comfort of our apartment. If you do not want to cook their are numerous very good restaurants within easy walking distance We have no doubt that if we come back to Dublin next year we will first of all ensure that this apartment is available to us as it was a significant part of a brilliant holiday break. Absolutely terrific.

This house was really excellent. It was in a great location for Dublin and the Dublin Coast. The facilities were five star and the owners were incredibly helpful. I hope to use it again.

Great stay

Wonderful apartment, modernised to a high standard but retaining lots of period features and charm. Ideally located across from the harbour, close to cafes,restaurants and bars, with bus and rail links to Dublin less than 2 minutes walk away. We would highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

Finding Dublin a bit too noisy in the summer and wanting to be as close to the sea until the last moment of my Ireland trip, I chose this perfect property for a few nights, not least based on the very good reviews. They are all true, and the pictures can hardly do justice to the beauty of the place, including the little patio. Although its location is central to everything in scenic and walkable Howth (2 mins to the Dart station, 1 min to a supermarket and 1-5 mins to several cafes/restaurants, as well as two piers), the spacious, light and well-appointed luxurious apartment is absolutely quiet - an oasis of calm after busy days/nights in Dublin. Ann and Pat were easy and a pleasure to communicate with, as well as forthcoming with welcome advice and tips for our stay/onward travel. Most highly recommended - I would/will not stay anywhere else in Dublin.
