This is a luxurious & spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, which has views towards the sea from the large 80m2 roof terrace. This is one of the main attractions of the property. You can soak up the sun by day on the sun loungers, or sit in the shaded area to cool down. In the evening you can enjoy alfresco dining whilst enjoying the glorious views of the sun setting over Mazotos.

This penthouse apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences and is a peaceful haven with stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and a really good selection of cooking utensils and dishes.

There is a dining table which will seat 6 guests.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom which has 2 single beds. There are large fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and there is ample space. Both rooms have bedside cabinets and dressing tables with mirrors.

In the comfortable lounge is a 3 seater settee (with pull out sofa bed) 2 large chairs.

The apartment has Wi-Fi available.There is a DVD player and a selection of DVD's and a plasma television with satellite channels for your use. In addition there is a wide selection of books and games.

For your convenience there is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Each let includes the linen needed and a set of towels, so you will only need to bring your own beach towels.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and front room and it offers a real home from home stay.

In addition to the large private roof terrace the apartment boasts a deep balcony with breakfast table and four chairs.

The apartment is set within a peaceful and secure complex, that overlooks the quiet village of Mazotos, a short walk away. Here you will find a variety of shops and tavernas. The complex offers a residents only outdoor pool. The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with it's many beaches, restaurants and shops is only a 20 minute drive and it is also home to a new marina. This apartment is suitable for couples and families who want spacious comfortable accommodation away from the busier resorts. Mazotos is an ideal base for touring the island and the excellent road connections mean within an hour you can be on the golden beaches of Nissi or visiting the capital of Nicosia. Also within easy reach are Protaras and Limassol.

Clean, quiet, well-equpped and great terrace

We used the apartment as a base for exploring the island for which is well-located, close to Larnaca Airport and in easy reach of the motorway network. It's important to have a car if you stay here and there is under-cover parking dedicated to the apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the village taverna will deliver if you don't feel like cooking. It's a short walk to the village which has a couple of bars and grocery shops. The apartment is well-equipped and homely and the television has literally hundreds of channels through a satellite dish. The terrace is probably the best feature - very large, with shade if needed and perfect for an evening barbecue.

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful time in these apartments. The kitchen is well equipped and furnishings are very comfortable. This was our second stay in the property and will be going back again. There is a supermarket in village just a 10 min walk away alongside a few restaurants and bars. For lovers of fast food McDonalds is only 15min drive away sitting beside the Cypriot version of Tesco's.

We also used the apartment as a central base to travel into the mountains and the roads are good. We also went into Larnaca most evenings to walk the front by the beach. Just a wonderful holiday in great apartment. Thank you. Jonathan and Gillian.

Wonderful Apartment

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment and the furnishings are of the highest standard. Very good quality. It is very comfortable and in a lovely quiet position. There is a lovely private roof top terrace and as we were there in May we were the only people occupying the block so the had the pool and surrounding area all to ourselves. Like having a private pool. Spent every morning sitting on the balcony listening to the birds. It is possible to walk to the nearest village where there are a couple of supermarkets and bars but we found a car to be an advantage. We had a couple of minor problems upon arrival but these were quickly sorted by the friendly lady who manages the property. She went out of her way to help us and is a lovely lady. Will definitely return to this property.

Spacious modern apartment with sea views

It is a bit difficult to find the apartment if arriving in the dark with no SatNav! but the owner's maps got us to the very helpful housekeeper Sotera and her son George.

Having seen the rest of the development we thought that that this was one of the best placed apartments in all the blocks with a large swimming pool (attended to on a daily basis) and sun bathing area and undercover parking. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are open as far as the sea and not restricted by other blocks and one of our greatest pleasures was to enjoy breakfast in the January sun on the balcony and to have sun streaming through the bedroom windows in the morning. The enormous, well furnished, roof terrace was a definite plus given the views to the sea and the fact that we had sun for most of the week and we could enjoy the views and relax in the sun.

We liked the high standard of furniture and fittings in the apartment and the fact that the kitchen was so well stocked with cups, glasses and plates, cutlery, pots and pans, in fact all we needed to cook. (That is something that cannot always be said about rental apartments!) We dined in a couple of times but also used a fish restaurant in Zygi and found the excellent Dipato ArtCafe near to the lighthouse in Pervolia. There is no WiFi in the apartment but you can use cafes in Ziti and the restaurant in the Camel Park just down the road. The washing machine was a bonus and

the heating worked well (after waiting for it to start as directed).

Only a short drive takes you to the motorway with quick access to Limassol, Paphos , Nicosia and other parts of the island. As we were there in January we didn't try the beaches but we were able to drive to them quite quickly.

HOLIDAY WITH CHILDREN (4 and 8)

We found Tony's appartment to be very cosy, with nice furniture and modern equipment. Maybe the area is too quiet and inside a few things missing (like a coffee machine, a strainer or a pot with lid). The roof terrace was deffinitely the best place to enjoy a holiday !

As the owner said, the car is absolutely necessary, as the sandy beach was 5km away. The pool was always clean, the housekeeper very friendly and the holiday a real pleasure !

We would like to come back someday and will recommend the place to our friends.

wonderful apartment

My wife and i returned last night having had a wonderful time in tonys place.Everything we had hoped for .Lovely and clean on arrival.Very quiet area.Everything you need in the apartment for a lovely holiday .Roof terrace is excellent to catch the sun.Plenty to do near to the place .Lovely restaurants nearby ,especially in Zygi

The booking through tony was no problem and straight forward and he is only a phone call away,for any problems.

Weather was not at its best while we were there,but did not spoil our enjoyment.We can throughly recommend this apartment to any one and we will be telling all our friends about our find in Cyprus

Nearest Airport : Larnaca International airport at 16 Kilometres Car: recommended

Panoramic Village is located just above the traditional Cypriot village of Mazotos with its shops, bank, local market and tavernas. Just 2 minutes drive away is Mazotos camel park. Kids will love the guided camel rides, play area and swimming pool. There is also a restaurant. Mazotos is centrally situated to reach many beaches, towns and attraction. The nearest beach is the unspoilt Petounta beach. Further afield is Governor's Beach at Zygi or the tourist beaches of Larnaca with restaurants and night life.
