The villa is stone's throw away from many of the cafe, restaurants, beach club and bar hotspots such as the W Hotel, Potato Head, ShangHai Baby, Sarong and Caf Organic and just a walk to Seminyak beach. The stunning villa consists of four levels offering spacious living areas and bedrooms with a modern contemporary design as well as a magical rooftop garden perfect for a late afternoon tanning session or evening cocktail.

On the ground floor, the villa has its own 12m swimming pool along with pool loungers and a seating area. The villa has a walled garden offering plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. On the same level, there is an open plan air-conditioned and fan-cooled living and dining room decorated with stylish interiors along with an adjoining kitchen. The living area features a 42 television with cable channels, DVD player, Internet connection, surround sound with wireless connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped and meals can easily be prepared during your stay.

On the second and third levels, there are four well-appointed bedrooms complete with air conditioning, television, and private balconies. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a standing shower. The bedrooms feature safe deposit boxes and plenty of storage space.

On the fourth level, there is a rooftop garden and BBQ area complete with lounge seating designed for outdoor entertaining. The villa features cable television channels, safe deposit boxes in all bedrooms.

The villa offers full staff including a site manager, house-keeping. Laundry service and car hire can be arranged at a fee. Villa Levi comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Breakfast available upon request will be prepared by the staff at the cost of groceries only.

STAFF AVAILABILITY / VILLA CLEANING

We treat our staff like family and they will treat you just the same. The villas will be cleaned between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday & 9 am - 12 pm Saturday. The staff will be off on Sunday.

All of our properties come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 10 pm - 7 am). Fee payable to the driver directly.

All our prices are in US Dollars. Payments can be made in any currency to the equivalent of US Dollars.

All rates are subject to 15% of Government Taxes and Services charges. The tax referred is local occupancy tax as charged by the local authorities; all taxes are collected upon arrival.
