Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 175K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 10pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.

Cancellation: Full Payment Guests receive: a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in. Split Payments If the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive: a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in. If the guest cancels before paying the balance, or does not pay the balance on time, the booking deposit is not refunded, and the booking is cancelled automatically.

$500 deposit required which will be fully refunded at the end of your stay.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
