A very spacious apartment in the city centre sleeping up to 9 people

The apartment is located in the centre of the city, on Howe Street, with all main shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions a few minutes walk away.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (2 with additional single beds) main shower room, en suite bathroom, twin windowed living room with gas fire, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a dining table in the hall and there are additional dining tables in the living room.

Perfect location in a beautiful city.

Francois was very helpful especially since our flights were delayed and we missed our scheduled arrival time. Our week was wonderful, and we were sad to leave. We were comfortable in the apartment and charmed by the large windows and beautifully appointed kitchen and updated and clean bathrooms (the abundant hot water was great and the heating kept us warm and cozy) . I was able to get a much needed haircut on the next block at Connolly's and the local minimart supplied our fresh food needs. The coffee shop across the street makes a wonderful bowl of porridge and a tasty latte, and my gluten free family members could eat almost anywhere safely. The yarn shop fulfilled my yarn needs by beinging a few steps away. My only criticism is that the apartment could benefit from a deep cleaning of the floors and especially the hard to reach spots under the radiators, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, which made our stay so special.

Great flat for families to stay in!

Had such a lovely Christmas in Edinburgh and what a great place to stay. The castle, royal mile and shops all within walking distance. The flat was perfect for our family, had a great cozy feel.

Really lovely flat, great location, very small kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat, it was a perfect location, but guests should be aware that it can be a bit noisy at night as the flat is on a corner and the traffic/people can be noisy if you are not used to being in a city. But the flat is great, very spacious, good bathrooms, convenient location for walking everywhere, and handy to have a small Sainsbury's just next door. We hope to return.

Amazing flat

Brilliant flat. We had a great time. Nice the heating was on full as we took some thawing out after a day at Christmas Markets and Edinburgh Castle. Nice and close enough to the centre of the city to walk everywhere.

Charming Apartment

We really enjoyed this charming apartment in the center of Edinburgh. The location was great with lots of nice restaurants near by. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The only thing I would have liked would have been a better tv cable package and a tv in the main bedroom. All is all, a great home away from home. Thank you

Great location and very accommodating. Easy walking distance to most everything one would want to see in Edinburgh. Very comfortable place and everything worked well for our family. Small grocery store four doors away and a nice bar/restaurant next door to it. We really enjoyed our stay here.
