A very spacious apartment in the city centre sleeping up to 9 people

The apartment is located in the centre of the city, on Howe Street, with all main shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions a few minutes walk away.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (2 with additional single beds) main shower room, en suite bathroom, twin windowed living room with gas fire, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a dining table in the hall and there are additional dining tables in the living room.

Charming Apartment

We really enjoyed this charming apartment in the center of Edinburgh. The location was great with lots of nice restaurants near by. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The only thing I would have liked would have been a better tv cable package and a tv in the main bedroom. All is all, a great home away from home. Thank you

Fantastic Place!

Great location and very accommodating. Easy walking distance to most everything one would want to see in Edinburgh. Very comfortable place and everything worked well for our family. Small grocery store four doors away and a nice bar/restaurant next door to it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place for a family, great location!

Overall we're very happy with this apartment. We are a family of six and so we needed enough sleeping space and the three bedrooms were great. Easy walking to cafes, shops, Geirge and Princes streets, the Wavey train line, and the castle we could see from our area. It worked out perfect for us ~

Great location...great layout... Furnishings aged

The apartment was a short walk from all the great to do's in Edinburgh and the lauout was great for the family. The furnishings and beds were very old and sub- standard

This appartment is amazing. There is so much space and because of the high ceiling it even feels bigger. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need to cook a serious meal. Its located at 10 minutes from the center on food.Supermarket is at 10 meters and has all you need for your stay.

The gobble stones outside do make the traffic sound a bit loud but we did not consider this an issue. If i ever go to Edinburgh again i will stay here for sure.

Centrally located Edwardian Apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment. Both bathrooms are clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and clean. Apartment was well located. Others have commented on traffic noise but we were there in cooler weather and kept the windows closed so we didn't notice it very much. In warmer weather with the windows open it might have been a problem. TV size and channels are excellent. Parking is a 5 minute walk in a secure indoor parking building. WiFi is very, very poor. Couldn't stay connected for more than a few minutes at a time. We constantly had to re-set the router - it was practically unusable (I almost rated the property a 3-star due to the poor WiFi). Owner was very courteous, accessible and helpful.
