Alot bigger than the pictures suggests

The apartment was alot bigger than what I thought it was going to be. It has a very modern kitchen. Slept 6 adults very comfortabley. There's a Sainsburys right next door, also a vegie pizza place I can't think of a criticism, the landlord was very polite and helpful. Overall a beutifull apartment with period features and mod cons. Would definitely recommend it to any one.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable and central

Five adults and a toddler had a great time in the apartment. Big enough for older folks to have privacy and for little feet to romp and explore. Nicely decorated but not overly precious. Fully stocked for comfort. Great location, food store next door, near restaurants and easy walk to parks, sights and Fringe festivities. We would definitely stay there again. Francois was great throughout.

Brilliant place to stay

Me and six friends stayed for a week in June and there wasn't one thing I would have changed about the apartment. It's a lovely place with lots of room for relaxing and a decent sized kitchen. Francois was a brilliant host and even arranged 7 single beds for us. He was constantly available via mobile and the welcome guide at the apartment was amazingly helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment and better host. Would definitely recommend.

Large Flat in Nice location. Would Recommend!

Very spacious flat. Plenty of room for all to sleep. Two bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen great. Wifi works great in living room. Clean. Was easy to walk to Royal Mail and see all. Liked walking in residential neighborhood. Great restaurants close by. Daughter liked shopping close by on Princes Street.

Francois very responsive to all questions. Flat was one level up - stairs only. Not a problem for us, but keep in mind if you can not do stairs. Washer/ dryer combo was smaller then expected but I think standard size for UK. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Kids loved the space and that they could split up into separate rooms. Would stay again.
