Private room at The Clinton Premier, a townhouse in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. The house was built in 1899 and newly renovated in 2013.. The room is rather large with a comfortable bed, 2 chairs, plenty storage for your things, Wifi, TV and cable. Heating and air conditioning controlled by guest. Shampoo, iron and iron board are included. Great pride was taken in restoring many of the original details of the house.
The property is located 2 minutes from the subway/train/tube and a 12 minute ride to downtown Manhattan. There you will find The Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero and Wall Street. The subway provides access to all parts of the city.
Several cafes, coffee bars, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

Spacious Room

I am a student and had a 5 week stay at this property. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The room is separated from the house with a big divider and included a mini fridge and desk along with some plates and cups. The bus and train were a close 2-3 min walk. There is also a grocery store and deli 2 min away. There were about 3 Laundromats close by to choose from as well. Fran was a generous host and was very pleasant.

I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!

The photos don’t do this property justice. I was literally blown away when I entered. I was out and about most of the time but coming home to this incredibly clean and chic space was all the comfort I needed. Fran was nothing short of amazing. I’m a Brooklyn girl who was just visiting home for a weekend but Fran still took the time to tell me everything that’s around. She felt more like a family than a host. She would always check in to make sure all is well and that I didn’t need anything. The bathroom was super cute! Every time I visit home, I’ll be staying here. Thank you again!!

Fran is the G.O.A.T. !

Fran’s home was absolutely stunning. While I was out and about throughout my day, it was great coming back to such a clean and breathtaking home. She was always happy to help and was such a great host overall, especially for somebody that’s personally never rented out a room before. Thank you Fran for making my little getaway unforgettable!

Perfect stay for travel nurse

Fran is probably the most hospitable host I have had the privilege to meet. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Fran bought a mini fridge and got me a electric tea pot so I could have coffee. The brownstone is in a nice neighborhood central to all things Brooklyn. I would love to stay here again if travel nursing ever brings me back to NYC.

Lovely Spot in a Hectic City

Fran's attention to detail and hospitaliy is impressive. The space has great design. It is stylish and cozy. I was also touched by the amount and variety of toiletries available for use. Fran is a sweet host!
