A recently built, luxuriously finished & fully furnished two bedroom maisonette (with own private entrance), situated in an excellent residential location, close to the beach, the Promenade and the main Square in Bugibba where one can find plenty of shops, cafeterias, restaurants, wine bars and more!

Accommodation is spread on approximately 90sqm of internal area and comprises of an open plan fitted kitchen/dining/living room, a utility room, a bathroom, two double bedrooms, shower en-suite and a good sized back terrace measuring approximately 24sqm.

This attractive holiday home is fully furnished with high quality furniture imported from Italy. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances including a dishwasher. A Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Cable service i.e. 44 stations + Internet 50Mbps X 5Mbps is installed. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Public transportation service situated approximately 400 meters away. The closest food-store is situated approximately 25 meters away. The main square in Bugibba is situated approximately 500 meters away.

Not what we would describe as a luxury home.

Not what we consider a "Luxury home" by any stretch of our imagination. The apartment is nice but we felt that it is sparsely and cheaply furnished, one wall decoration; but a good TV (when you work out how to use it) and comfortable beds. Parking could be a problem at busy times (e.g. it was at Easter). The apartment is not well sound-proofed. It was fortunate that the car shop below was not in action very often during our stay.

A house which I highly recommend

We had a very beautiful staying n this premises.

Plus:

1. the house is new, it was clean and and it is exactly as shown in the pictures;

2. the location is very near to the main bus stations, and to St. Paul / Bugibba seafront;

3. we found in the house whatever we need (detergents, liquid soap, shower gel, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc);

4. a backyard very useful and convenient to dry bathing suits and towels

5. the owner is very kind and he tried to meet our needs.

Minus (very few):

some bowls would be appreciated (and a colander for the pasta for the Italians!);

as above specified, the house is close to the seafront, but not on the seafront; the house is in a street which is not exactly "beautiful" nor elegant, but this is a general condition of the most Malta villages.

However, this is a house which I would like to go back to, and which I will consider in a future situation
