A relaxing vacation awaits you, 1000 sq feet of living area, large patio doors from the living room and master bedroom for a great view of the Atlantic ocean and the Halifax river.

Our unit has been totally painted throughout, added new furnishings, paintings and a lot more!

We are located on the third floor at the south west of the building and is facing south so you are enjoying the view of the beach and the halifax river.

All the amenities from home can be found here, including a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer in the unit, 3 flat screen TV'S with cable , DVD player with movies.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large patio doors with new black out curtains that opens up to your private balcony. Double mirrored closet doors opens up to en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has brand new twin beds , new mattress, pillows, new bedding and a large closet. Private entrance to main bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV mounted on the wall.

Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, crock pot, silverware, glassware, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and a brand new microwave mounted over the stove. Fridge has an ice maker.

Pull out couch in the living room with a queen size mattress, 2 new chairs with ottomans, large patio doors that opens up to balcony.

All towels, beach towels, beach chairs provided.Board games in the unit for the rainy days!

Large heated swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic ocean awaits for you or head toward the beach. Then relax in the jacuzzi hot tub.

Per Health Department order, infants, toddlers and children that are not toilet trained {including swimmies} are not allowed in the pool or hut tub.

His and Hers sauna located next to newly remodeled bathrooms or head to the gym for your workout.

Very secure building and very well maintained, 24h surveillance camera, underground parking, 2 elevators. On site manager, building has electronic locks on all outside doors.

Bike rentals across the street! Crabby Joe's casual restaurant is less than a mile away, there is also fishing on the Pier and rental poles available.

About Evelyne

We both love the beach and enjoy spending our time outdoor. This beach has miles and miles of wonderful sand so walking, running, playing is great. The fishing is fabulous, bike riding, surfing is also great! We take a lot of pride in our unit, updating, making sure that everything is very clean.

Why Evelyne chose Daytona Beach Shores

We chose the Sand Dollar because it is OCEANFRONT, it is on the quieter side of Daytona but yet very close to all the amenities and festivities Daytona has to offer.

It is walking distance to many restaurants, Publix, miniature golf and bike rentals is just across the street.

The Sand Dollar is a very secure building with 24h surveillance camera, underground parking and there is no access to the building unless you have a key.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit is very functional and very clean. We employ a cleaning service but 3-4 times a month we travel to the condo to make sure that everything is perfect for our guests.

Great Location - Great Home

We have visited many beach and mountain cities through HomeAway, and have rented condos, cabins, and private pool homes. We have stayed in luxury homes that were not as clean as this unit in Sand Dollar. Sand Dollar is very secure, with parking deck gate, keys or keypads for entry to pool, beach, and outside entrances to the property. It is SUPER convenient to everything in Daytona Beach! The beach is beautiful, the sand is super soft and silky, the waves are gorgeous.

The unit had comfy beds, new living room furniture, great laminate flooring, and spotless bathrooms. The washer and dryer were awesome, and there was detergent and fabric sheets for the dryer. Evelyne supplies beach towels and toys... and we had our own chairs and umbrella. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need, including plenty of dish towels, liquid soap, dishwasher pods, and a wonderful ice maker.

THE VIEW ... it is truly amazing, and the balcony is huge... plenty of room to sit and visit, drink coffee, have afternoon cocktails, etc...

You will NOT be disappointed with Evelyne and Steve's beach home - and the level of communication with Evelyne was outstanding... she is a very kind, professional person.

We LOVED our trip!!!

I recommend this condo due to the cleanliness and safety of the property, and the cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience of the unit. Two full bedrooms and the master has dual closets and a spacious bath. Very well cared for and nicely re-done.

Nice, clean, relaxing, comfortable.

We had a wonderful week. The property is clean, spacious & the decorations are cute & beach appropriate. My family of 4 had plenty of room. To be a side unit, you still have a great view of the beach from the balcony. Owners are very accommodating and checked in on us several times.

The condo is a beautifully decorated right on the beach peaceful and relaxing close to Publix the grocery store and restaurants and surf shops the boardwalk is only 5 miles down the road had a great and wonderful week

Noisy

Owner's Response: Jeanie, I would like to Thank you for being our guest, unfortunately at that time with bike week it is very noisy. The building manager closed the pool ( she came to work thursday morning and found fecal matter in the pool), so absolutely the pool had to be closed , cleaned and sanitized then re-opened as soon as possible.
