About this property

This home is 15 minutes to Disney!!! This beautifully designed home boasts openness to the limits! A big 5 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, that sleeps 10 people. The open floor plan layout allows for natural light. This home is fully equipped with updated and new modern appliances and brand new beds and is very well kept. Freshly painted inside and outside.

The front doors open up to a relaxing quiet seating area to the left, next to one of the two dining areas in this dream home. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and flex brew Keurig coffee maker & looks into the main lounge area complete with a Large Flat Screen HD Smart TV. This area opens up directly onto the north facing pool area and covered lanai where you can enjoy a great meal or just relax in the sun.

The beautiful pool lanai allows for the utmost relaxation after a long day out at the Parks. it is very private and well screened.

Returning to the house through a second set of patio doors into one of the two downstairs bedrooms, one is queen size and the other two twins, all with HD flat screen smart TV's. The game room is in the garage. Once there, the 8 foot slate bed pool table, air hockey and darts are there to entertain whilst watching the latest from MTV on your flat screen HD smart TV.

The master suite is upstairs, again without saying there is an Flat Screen Smart HD TV and King size bed. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, a queen bedroom as well as a room with 2 twins all with Flat Screen Smart HD TV's.

On the upstairs landing area there is a computer / printer and and X-Box 360 play area dedicated to gamers ! FREE CABLE TV AND WI-FI through out the home.

Pool heat is additional charge. Must request and be paid for prior to arrival.

For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement, & a copy of photo ID. You must be 25 or older to rent.

Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge.

Florida holiday

Property was lovely and served our needs fully. We have been to this location before, hence why we choose this villa in the same location again. Near the shops, easy to get to the parks, quiet area, excellent. My only suggestion for improvement, which may be a cultural thing coming from England and used to this happening in stays in my country, I found it really unusual that you would leaves rules on things like emptying the bins and kicking off the laundry before we checked out without supplying the bags or detergent. I would also expect to be provided with enough toilet rolls for at least one per person. These are suggestions only and it did not detract from the enjoyment of the holiday and how lovely we found the villa

Nice house in good location

The house was a great size and a great layout in a great location. The inside was very clean on arrival. The number of instruction signs was excessive and a bit unwelcoming. The house was well-appointed but a little dated and some furniture was a bit tatty. The games room was fantastic. The property manager dealt with issues immediately and was easily available. One of only two sun loungers was damaged, but still useable. The wi-Fi repeatedly dropped out. Overall this was a good property for our family vacation.

Nice Villa in a good location for Disney

Shawna was very responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay. We had 3 weeks in the villa with friends and found it a great base close to Disney parks and Disney Springs. A little further out for Universal and traffic always quite challenging. The master suite was amazing. The beds werent overly comfortable in all rooms though and were very noisy. Both the carpets upstairs are quite stained and the sofa in the front lounge also looked very stained. The villa was a little tired in places and we found not having spare bedding to swap over quite challenging as we had to get it washed and back on all 5 rooms. We have stayed in other villas where spare bedding is provided so long as its washed and replaced. Otherwise the facilities were very good and we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful villa in Highgate Park

We stayed in this beautiful house for two weeks in April. It has almost everything you would need for your stay in Florida. The heated pool was well worth it and the games room came in very handy in the evenings. The beds were comfortable but the bases in all rooms a bit creaky. A BBQ would have been a nice addition outside but couldn’t fault anything else. The booking, check in and check out processes were very straightforward. Thank you to Shawna for making the whole process nice and easy!
