This large, centrally located apartment can sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms, and up to 6 with the sofa-bed.

You will want to stay at this apartment because it is the best location in the city.

You will love the apartment because it is spacious and gets afternoon sun. Unlike many city apartments, the many windows let in natural light to the living and both bedrooms.

The 2 bedrooms are separated by an open plan kitchen and living area with a large 3-seater and sofa. We hope you enjoy the complimentary Netflix, and Freeview digital TV. You will enjoy this with surround sound through the blu-ray DVD player.

You are on the doorstep of restaurants and nightlife, shopping, the waterfront, public transport, museums, convention centre, exhibition centre, and numerous other highlights.

It is perfect for business travellers as it has full amenities.

If you are arriving by car, you are welcome to use the car park during your stay. It is covered and secure.

Breakfast is provided and all linen is provided free of charge.

We attended a concert, went out for dinner, out again to watch a late night rugby game and ate waffles from a street cart all within a 5 minute walk. Close to great restaurants and bars it was perfect for our girls weekend away. Two great rooms and a fold out bed means it is comfortable to stay for one or for a few. Kitchen and bathroom has everything you need for a short stay. And if you are home early from dinner or night out a cosy couch is set up with all you need in front - TV with netflix! Host is super friendly and helpful. Will stay again for sure.”

“Rich was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment and carpark. The location was perfect, close to the entertainment district of Courtney Place but being back one street meant it was quite quiet. The apartment was a good size, the kitchen had everything we needed and the comfortable beds made for a good nights sleep. It was great to be able to relax in the lounge room with a cup of tea at end of the night and enjoy breakfast the next morning in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Wellington, you can't beat the location, comfort and friendliness of Rich!”

Why Rich chose Wellington CBD

We have recently purchased this apartment to use for friends, family and guest visits. It is handy to everything the city has to offer and is warm and comfortable. It suits friends gatherings, families, tourists and business guests all the same. It is the best apartment in the city! Other apartments are small and cramp, and don't have a car park. They often have internal windows into bedrooms with no natural light. Our apartment has all these things and plenty more to be discovered.

What makes this apartment unique

Like us, you will enjoy how easy it is to get to. No long lift rides, no squishy bedrooms, no tiny kitchens. No slow internet, and no parking charges. We have taken care of all the things that making a stay in the city as easy as slicing bread. Actually, the bread comes pre-sliced :)
